Rockland has been fully reconstructed from the ground up and received its Certificate of Completion/Occupancy in January of 2022.
Perfect for a family or a group of friends, this spacious, bright and airy home offers everything you need for a memorable trip. Free Wi-Fi (fiber), plenty of parking, with quick access to major highways guaranteeing easy communications.
Rockland Villa is located in the epicenter of Miami, whether you wish to visit the hipster nightclubs, go on a shopping spree or sunbathe at the beach, everything is less than 20 minutes away.
Explore Downtown/Brickell, Wynwood, Miami Design District, South Beach, Coconut Grove, Historic Miami River, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne and more. Eat at the famous Versailles restaurant, enjoy a play in the Arsht Center, go to a concert at FTX Arena, catch a game at the Marlins stadium or shop to your heart's content at the brand-new Brickell City Centre or River Landing malls (5 min away).

Wonderful

Had a wonderful stay here. The renovated home is comfortable and chic. Great location. Enjoyed using the hot tub too. Would absolutely stay again.

Clean updated home in great location

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and modern, with many thoughtful details that made our state comfortable. The hosts even decorated for the holidays! It was very comfortable for a family of five, including three young adult children. The location was great, relative to Little Havana, Miami Beach, etc. We really enjoyed it!

Little Havana Oasis in the heart of everything "Miami"

This property was amazing! Everything was as advertised plus more! Charles was a great host and very communicable. There was an issue with the hot tub plug due to the storm that had happened, and Charles was there the next day, without being asked to come by, to fix the problem. The location was perfect for getting around Little Havana/Calle Ocho area and DT Miami area. We definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent stay for 30th Birthday!

My group and I had a rough start to our trip due to a slew of Southwest Airlines cancellations! So our original plans were altered quite a bit, but Charles and CO were very compassionate, making the changes more bearable! The location was perfect, we were not far from many hot spots like the airport, bayside. Downtown, or the beach! My group and I were able to have a blast! Also, the property itself is absolutely beautiful! It’s spacious, clean, modernly modeled, and accommodating! Book your stay here, you won’t be disappointed!
