A Private Oasis. Cozy, gated, charming Miami 3 bedroom 2 bath Pool Home. Minutes to beaches on Key Biscayne, within walking distance to Biscayne Bay, parks, restaurants with outdoor seating. Wonderful home in which to cook. Secluded in a safe charming neighborhood with old Spanish influence bungalow homes blocks off of historic beautiful Banyan-Tree-lined Coral Way. Home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath in main house and 1 bedroom 1 bath cozy cottage connected to outdoor living space next to pool with BBQ, teak loungers, covered outdoor space.

Our stay was perfect. The location was central to everywhere we needed to be in the Miami area. Our host was incredibly gracious and accommodating! The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make meals for 5 easily. The pool and outside seating areas were our favorite part, of course. It was just great to wind down after busy days. We would definitely recommend this property!

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is within walking distance to many great restaurants, and a short drive away from a Target and a Publix. The house and pool area were clean, charming, and comfortably furnished. The pool area had lots of seating that could be used during different times of the day—you could always find a comfortable spot either in or out of the sun. Our host was very responsive and had a detailed booklet with information about the property. We had a lovely stay and plan to return when we next visit Miami!

Great location, relaxing house and super host

We were so happy with location, everything is really close and easy to get to. House is very nice and authentic, we really like that cosy relaxing feeling, we were reading books and trying to do some puzzles. Sabine is very nice host so helpful and always there to give you some good information.

BEST STAY EVER!

The location was perfect and the owner was even better. Very communicative and truly provided all the answers to my questions w/o having to ask. Definitely read the house book sent before you ask any questions. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will 1000% be staying here again soon. Thank you so much! The pool is well kept and so is the rest of the house, very clean and easy to find. The directions for check in were spot on. They offered a lot of flexibility for us, so I’m grateful!

Perfect house

This home could not have been more perfect for our trip to Miami. The pool, cassita, out door areas, kitchen everything was great. Close to shopping, restaurants, beaches etc. Would definitely stay there whenever I am in the area.

Felt like home

We had a great stay at this home. The living spaces are bright and comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked for entertaining and pool area and the casita are added bonuses. Owner was an exemplary host, doing everything he could to make our stay even better. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for U Miami graduation

Good house to stay and gather for the U Miami graduation. Quiet neighborhood and restaurants within walking distance. Nothing too fancy, the house met our needs and gave us a place to gather instead of a hotel. Definitely recommend if someone wants a short stay close to Coral Gables and Coconut Grove.

This property was great for our family vacation! The host was top notch and very helpfully, best host we’ve had to date. We were able to experience Miami but also drove down to Key west. Great experience all around!

As former guests of this house under the previous ownership, we fell in love with the place, and begged to buy it from the owner, who finally relented. Naturally we couldn't be happier! As a home-away-from home for us, we also want to share it with you. Since we are a family that loves eclectic, colorful communities and people, we have also fallen in love with Miami, which certainly matches these descriptions.

Though I am from the deep south (Mobile, Alabama, and New Orleans), and my wife is from France, the pan-latin culture that permeates Miami is something with which I became familiar when I was a child when I lived in Merida, Mexico. In college I also lived in Puerto Barrios, Guatemala, and then later worked in Panama, Spain, etc, while also studying Cuba in graduate school in Washington, DC.

It is these experiences that have drawn us to get to know and love the Miami Mix of Cuban, Haitian, Venezuelan, Brazilian, Colombian, Nicaraguan, and Salvadoran communities.

I will help you discover and appreciate all of this as well!

It is so well-located, just 20 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the Key Biscayne Causeway, 5 minutes from Calle Ocho, 10 minutes from the center of Coconut Grove, and 10 minutes from Brickell and Downtown Miami, that one can easily discover the real Miami in a very short period of time.

The house itself has original pre-war details, like hardwood floors, and original moldings, but is completely updated and modern, highly-functional and comfortable. The fact that the pool is only 3 feet from the house helps too! Hop in the outdoor shower, and right into the salt-water (heated in the winter) pool!
