The Space:
This unit, with its luxurious King bed, is perfect for couples.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's also a washer and dryer in the unit. I provide everything you need for a great stay.

Before your arrival, you'll receive an online guest manual filled with exclusive discounts and detailed unit information.

Please note that amenity closures, such as pool maintenance, are beyond our control.

Guest Access:
Keyless Code Entry for both the parkade, hot tub and condo door.

Upon booking, you will receive a digital guest manual containing comprehensive condo details, building information, and check-out procedures. Feel free to consult it for any queries you may have.

Check-In time is 4:00pm
Check-Out time is 10:00am

Once the rental agreement is completed, you can expect to receive the check-in instructions five days before your scheduled arrival date.

Getting around from Solara Resort is easy! Many attractions, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. If you prefer to drive, free underground parking is available. Taxi services and shuttles are also convenient options.

Other Things to Note:
Just so you know, there is no damage deposit for Airbnb bookings.

For VRBO/Booking/Expedia/Website bookings, a damage deposit will be automatically refunded 7 days after check-out.

Noise complaints may result in a $500 fine.
Damaged linens will incur replacement costs.
Bookings made through VRBO/HomeAway/Booking.com/BOW Website are subject to a 4% cancellation charge.
