Discover the charm of La Baule-Escoublac in this lovely 48 m² ground-floor house, designed to offer you a stay that is both practical and relaxing.

From the moment you arrive, you will be charmed by the exceptional brightness of the property, its open view and its pleasant private garden, perfect for enjoying the mild coastal climate.

The accommodation has two comfortable bedrooms, each with a 140x190 double bed, and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located near a railway line used only by slow trains.

Please note that bed linen and towels are provided for an additional fee.

For your daily comfort, the house offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine, as well as a shower room and a welcoming living room with a sofa for your moments of relaxation.

A washing machine, a garage and a parking space are also available. Pets are welcome.

Please note that the accommodation does not have Wi-Fi, allowing you to fully disconnect.

In terms of transport, you will enjoy an ideal location, with a bike rental service just a 7-minute walk away.

La Baule is a seaside resort located on the Atlantic coast, it is part of the Côte d'Amour, between Le Pouliguen and Pornichet.
The seaside resort was developed in the 19th century, and its town centre has a remarkable architecture.
Every year, the town hosts the famous La Baule triathlon.
