### IMPORTANT INFORMATION ###
The swimming pool is closed from the end of September to mid-May, depending on the weather.
Children are welcome from around 10 years old, but they MUST know how to swim.

=> Garden furniture and BBQ available.
House and pool exclusively for guests.
Children aged 10 and over are welcome, provided they can swim.
Pets allowed upon request.
Additional cleaning available upon request, at an extra cost.
Parking on the property.
4 bicycles available, at the users' own risk.
Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED in the accommodation.
