Discover Wimberley charm from your upstairs cozy studio at Grey Point on 12.

Simple and quaint efficiency studio with private entrance located upstairs with your own entrance of owner's main home. Your lodging is within just a couple miles from the Wimberley Squares and shopping, restaurants, and hiking trails are within minutes of the beautiful village of Wimberley Texas. You can also enjoy swimming holes nearby and the Wedding Capital of Texas (Dripping Springs) is just 17 miles away.

PARKING: Park long ways on the LEFT SIDE of the 2 story grey building right past the gated side porch. The gated side porch is where you will enter to go up to your lodging.

NOISE: Quiet time is 10pm-7am. NO events or parties allowed.

QUICK NOTE: We share the parking lot with the neighboring business and they have a delivery truck that comes M-F anytime between 9:15pm-11:30pm to drop off inventory for Napa Auto parts. They are quick in and out in about 10-12 minutes. They also have their dumpster pick up early on Thursday mornings.

EXTRAS: Homeowners live on the premises in the front part of the building and stepdad lives in the lower apt in the back. You will pass his door and may hear a quick little bark come from his little dog.

CAMERAS: We do have cameras located on the property.

Adorable place, and Patty makes you feellike you’re staying in a 2nd home. Even down to the little touches with water bottles, snacks, the small free library- so cute! It’s also slightly removed from the bustle of the Square, allowing for more privacy and silence. Warm welcome!

Very clean and nicely appointed studio minutes from Wimberly’s town centre. Also close to parks and nature trails. Great value for money relative to similar accommodations in the area. Enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again or recommend to other guests.

Absolutely loved my time here. The studio is spacious, clean and very cozy. The management was so accommodating and hospitable as well. And everything you want to do in Wimberley is so close. The management is also very responsive to any questions you may have. I plan to come back. 5/5 stars!

I’ve stayed in several VRBO properties or individually owned B&Bs… Rarely have we felt as “at home” as we did this past week-end. The host’s contact with us before we arrived was informative, detailed and friendly. The property was very clean and the extra amenities were appreciated… snacks, coffee, soft drinks, water, basic toiletries, etc. We visit Wimberley frequently and this will be our #1 choice from now on!

Great place to base your visit to Wimberley and the area. Super clean, very comfy bed. thoughtful amenities left for guests. Remember your Roku information in order to watch TV. Very nice host. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent Host & Accommodations!

Just returned from our stay in Wimberley. Patty greeted us upon arrival and was just a text away with restaurant recommendations, and helpful information regarding Wimberley and the surrounding areas. The accommodations were as the photos depict! Loved our stay and will return! You can’t beat the location and price!

Wonderful Place and Hosts

Check-in process was very easy and clear. Place is super cute and the hosts were very accommodating. We came for my partner's birthday and they even left her a small birthday gift in the room before check-in as a surprise. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!
