Treetop is one of the hidden gems of Snowshoe! This 2br/2ba two story townhome has all the ski chalet charm you could ask for, with many updates throughout! This townhome is located in a prime location next to the Village and only 215 yards (0.12 mile) from the Ballhooter Lift, Snowshoe’s main Lift that services the Village.

This 2 story townhome is located is in a prime location next to the Village and only 215 yards (0.12 mile) from the Ballhooter Lift, Snowshoe’s main Lift that services the Village. The townhome has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a gas fireplace, and a large mudroom with a washer and a dryer. It has 2 balconies, one located off of the living room and one located off of the master bedroom. Parking is directly outside of the townhome, and there is the convenience of self-entry with a key code lock.

Nestled in to the well-kept and quaint Treetop, while still conveniently located next to the village and the slopes, this townhome is perfect for a family or group getaway. Treetop is also located next to Wildcat Provisions, Snowshoe’s only local grocery store.

Wonderful cozy property, great location. Kitchen was well supplied with everything you would need. Owner was very accommodating- we arrived earlier than expected and we were able to check in immediately, which we greatly appreciated! Would definitely stay there again.

Mountain Summer Adventure

The cabin was great, clean, stocked, and in a great location. Less than a five minute walk to all attractions on the mountain, which were numerous. Snowshoe is in a great location to also explore the beautiful surrounding area. Great place to stay!

Perfect location for biking!

We stayed at Tree Top for a biking weekend this October and had a fantastic time! The location was great for walking to the village and biking to trails. The ability to park right outside the unit was a HUGE plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was well located for access to all restaurants, ski rentals , ski lifts, Wildcat Grocery, churches, and shopping. Easy check in. Rental was well supplies. Really private. It was a wonderful stay; just a long drive.

Such a comfortable and welcoming home. Easy to access, perfect for our family and pup. Within walking distance to the village while still being quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend and definitely hope to stay again.

Excellent townhouse and perfect location for skiing!

This is an excellent property! Very well maintained and perfect for our ski trip as a family of four. Easy ski in and out walking access to the Ballhooter lift. Great communication and a very comfortable and quiet stay. Cozy family room with the fireplace. Enjoyed the attention to detail on kitchen equipment. Also the entryway mud room was perfect for storing and putting on our ski equipment each day. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Getaway

We had the best stay in Snowshoe! We have been there many times and this is our first time staying in Tree Top. The owners did an amazing job having all the comforts of home! Every detail was there and noticed. James and Ashley have done an amazing job and were available when we needed. Their quick response time for any questions was so appreciated! Our college kids and small fur babies enjoyed the amenities of home while in the beautiful snow filled mountains. I highly recommend this wonderful t place to stay! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home for the week! Can’t wait to come back!

The Perfect Place In A Winter Wonderland

This was our second trip to Snowshoe in the last 4 years and our first time staying in this home. The location to the slopes and Ballhooter lift is about as good as it can get. It is an easy walk to the shops and restaurants but honestly we enjoyed cooking most of our meals in the nice kitchen area before, and after our ski runs in the morning and then after lunch. The homes floor plan is great with a nice area when you walk in to store your ski equipment. From there you enter into the kitchen and eating area followed by a spacious living room with a fireplace that was so inviting after a few hours of skiing. The two balconies were just a bonus where we could sit out by the fire pit and watch the snow fall. The two bedrooms upstairs are nice and large and having two bathrooms one down stairs and one upstairs was an ideal set up. The home was very clean and has all you need to cook your meals. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Snowshoe and we could not have asked for a better place to stay on our ski trip. I would give it more than 5 stars but that is all it allows me to do. But it is a 5 Star rental!
