In Breezeswpept neighborhood. Heated Pool with built in Jet Jacuzzi, Sun deck and Swim lane. Beautiful outdoor seating on two floors with open roof deck on 3rd floor for Tanning & Stargazing at night. Ocean Views from decks on a Large fenced in Private Corner Lot, Deck Dining table seats 8, Kitchen Island accomodates 6 people, *Top outdoor deck has great Sunrise Views, Star Viewing at night and Ocean Views. Outdoor shower, Fully equipped Kitchen. Large Master Suite bedroom with King size bed on the 3rd floor with kitchenette, 2 Reclincer chairs, Large TV, small refrigerator, Bar and Coffee maker. Main floor Bedrooms: Queen size bed, other Bedroom has extra long twin bed bunk on top and Queen bed under bunk. Canal front and dead end canal. Quick and easy access on boat within 5 minutes to open water. Large Dock for Boats. Plenty of space for boat trailer and car parking. Fish cleaning station. Outdoor Bait Freezer and Refrigerator under house, Bar-B-Q Grill, 3 Kayaks included with rental. No Dogs allowed.

A Wonderful Summerlin Experience

We had a wonderful time at Summerlin Paradise. The attention to detail was evident through the entire house. This new home was sqeaky clean, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare your favorite gourmet meal. The beds and all the seating inside & outside is "high end" very comfortable that you usually don't find in a rental. Summerlin Paradise is situated perfectly for great water views and spectacular sun rises. The deep water canal is close to open water access for boating or kyaking. The neighborhood is safe and enjoyable for walking and bicycle riding. Ramrod key is just a few miles from Winn Dixie supermarket, several good restaurants, and is an easy 30 minute drive to both Key West and Marathon key. The owners Anabel and Joe are so nice and were always quick to respond to any questions. We had a great time at Summerlin Paradise and look forward to staying there next year.

Great vacation home in a great location

This property had everything that we could ask for to make our stay enjoyable. Bedrooms were both spacious and comfortable and the house was well equipped for our needs. Anabel was friendly, helpful and very hospitable. It was a great overall experience. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this vacation home.

Our home has 2 level Outdoor Decks Larger than most Florida Keys home giving you extra space with family. Outdoor shower. Pool and built in jacuzzi, 24 hour surveillance cameras outside the home.
