I would definitely recommend staying at the White House. It’s extremely clean and spacious. The pool is heated and there are various games, such as ping pong and corn hole. There is also a dock for your boat. The view is awesome and only about 30 minutes away from Key West. Lu and Mitch are wonderful hosts and they were only a text away if we needed anything.

This was a great place to stay! We enjoyed the wonderful view and being so close to Key West, while staying in the quiet of Cudjoe key. Perfect location in my book. What a great set up with the 3 houses, I could see this as a great place to vacation with extended family or a group of friends. The property and house is extremely well kept and clean. The bed we used was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we could need, and the covered deck overlooking the private pool and the bay was our favorite place to sit.

Great location! Was a very relaxing and peaceful location. We did a lot of fishing and the house is located in a great spot. We were able to get out fishing every day. Even on windy days we were able to navigate to back waters. The house had all essentials needed. Having a dock was very convenient. They also have a bait fridge which was great! Definitely will be coming back next year!

Stayed at this beautiful property for a bachelor party with friends. There was plenty of space for all seven of us along with plenty of sleeping space. The downstairs area was our favorite part of the house! Plenty of space for games and just to hangout, would recommend bringing bug spray for the evenings. The location of the house is perfect with plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. It is also only a 25-30 minute drive to Key West. Overall, 5/5 experience and would highly recommend!

Vacation retreat

We stayed in the White House for our vacation this year and couldn’t have been happier. If you’re looking for peace and quiet with a beautiful view and a large balcony to drink your morning coffee from, this is the place. The communication from the property manager Mitch was great- always a quick text message away. We rented a pontoon from Nothing Better Boat rentals and had a wonderful time boating the beautiful waters. Tommy from Nothing Better gave us all instructions and gps directions and was also just a text message away if we needed anything. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were soft. Very important after a day in the sun! The air conditioning worked great. We caught fish off the dock and enjoyed floating in the pool with our adult beverages. We would definitely rent here again. Thanks Mitch Tommy and Richie for being so accommodating!

Seclusion

Overall , a great location and secluded. Close to Key West and other great islands. The care taker named Rich, was incredible. He helped us with anything we needed. He is a great asset. Would rent again.

Lovely accomodations with lots to do

Owners are very responsible and we’re ready and willing to jump in with every need. One little hiccup which was corrected immediately. Great people to rent from.The place is roomy, clean with a very well stocked kitchen. Lots to do around the property and the sunrises are amazing from the top deck.Would recommend as you will not be disappointed.

Plenty of room! Owner and manager very nice, close to restaurants and stores. Secluded location, nice pool. Could use some updated furniture and TV’s in bedrooms. Overall, nice stay!

The property was perfect for our group. Awesome view and enough shade to keep us from the heat during the day. Mitch and Ritchie did an awesome job keeping up with the pool, pontoon boat and recommendations. Tons of fun and great memories!!

Loved it but…

Amazing location. Warm and wonderful pool. Would come again in a heartbeat. House needs a little TLC: frig needs repair, hair dryer not functioning, unable to lock door and secure it . With 8 people we could have used more supplies: cleaning supplies, kitchen linens, paper towels, etc. broom and dust pan.

Awesome vacation home

We stayed at the home from 1/20/24-1/27/24.. the house has everything g you could ask for. The bedrooms were a good size, the living room and kitchen are spacious. The VIEW from the deck is beautiful. This location was perfect. Mitch and Ritchie were easily available if we needed anything. So happy we picked this home to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary!

This property was good for our family celebration, 6 adults. The view and pool are outstanding! It’s a very private, quiet location with our own dock. Ritchie and Mitch were excellent communicators and very helpful & knowledgeable.
