Met friends for a concert in Greensboro. Nuce cottage, kitchen very well stocked. Porch and fire pit were also great.

What a wonderful house and property!

The hosts provided a warm welcome, easy check in and great amenities! Made the arrival and stay so easy. The house was awesome. Couldn't have been more perfect. Nice fishing pond also. The pictures showed the back area with open low grass but it was pretty tall so that was the only area we were not really able to explore in the 10 acres or so. Front yard is really nice and good for tossing the ball! Nice location near Bryan Park if you are looking for a cozy cottage with plenty of space! Highly recommend.

Quiet country cottage

Nice clean cottage out in the country but close enough for restaurants and groceries. Hosts were great and entire process check in to checkout was a snap.

Girls getaway

Great place to relax. It was perfect for our group of four. Great location. The hostess left us some bottles of water, snacks and eggs. All of which was greatly appreciated since we were not in a big hurry to shop. Hope to visit again in the future.

Great quiet cottage

It was exactly what we hoped for. Just a nice quiet stay at a cottage. Unfortunately it rained all weekend so we did not get to explore the trails but everything was exactly as advertised and more. My boys loved to watch the chicken in the chicken coop and the upstairs loft was perfect for them. My tiny little thing to be aware of is that the stairs up are small so just be careful going up and down them. Overall great place to stay!

My stay at the cottage

I was surprisingly amazed at the cottage. Also, I was shocked at it having only one television. We had a great time even though we didn't catch any fish in the pond. It was exceptionally clean. We loved the fresh eggs. In conclusion, this one place we enjoyed.

Quiet Country Setting

Stayed for 5 days. This property was very quiet, clean and comfortable. There were a couple of reasons that we chose this property; King size bed & pet friendly. The bedroom on the main floor has the king size bed and it was very comfortable, I like a firm, not soft mattress, and this one was perfect. There is a bathtub and shower on the main floor, was nice to take a bath. The house was very clean, from the linens, dishes to the floors. Thank You! The house is very well stocked with just about everything you will/could need. There were 2 things we needed during our stay, and they were not in the house; a colander for pasta & a crock pot. Other than that we were all set. If you are looking for a clean, quiet, comfortable country setting, this may be the property for you. I recommend and would stay here again.

Perfect cottage for Christmas

Cute cottage, great location. My parents came to visit me from England and we the best time! The chickens were great and their eggs were perfect for breakfasts! Love having the land and the pond on the property! Will definitely be booking this cottage again.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Greensboro at this adorable farmhouse! Truly Wonderful Place to Stay

We were lucky enough to stay here for 2 weeks. It felt like being at home. Quiet, relaxing with all home comforts. Coming from the UK... the very effective air con was essential. The house is stocked with everything you need.. with snacks, and fresh eggs waiting. We had an unbelievably lovely stay with 4 of us sharing the house very comfortably. The property is rich in wildlife.. fantastically colourful birdlife, fireflies at night and even deer to be seen in the meadows around the house. Sitting out on the porch was a joy. The house is very easily accessible to Greensboro and not far from a range of great shops and gas stations etc... We were coming to visit our son who plays for NC Fusion.. and the training ground is less than 10 mins away. Our hosts Amanda and Brittney were great with all communications and live close by if there was any problem... but there was never a problem. I can't recommend staying at this place highly enough

Lovely Cottage

Very nice cottage. Was close to our family we were visiting in Reidsville. It is an older cottage so you will hear creaks through thinner walls and squeaky/creaky doors but it did not bother us. Both bathrooms are on the 1st floor so those staying on 2nd floor should account for that. The beds are firm but on the morning we were leaving I found extra padding in the chest in the master bedroom so that should help those with psciatic issues. It is a nice and quiet property. If it had not been so cold it would have been nice to walk it with my lab who traveled with us. He enjoyed going to visit the chicken coup. He had never seen chickens before and was intrigued by them. Fresh eggs from the chickens were left in the fridge for our use and light snacks were also available when we arrived. It was also easy to communicate with the property manager. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in the area.
