Stay & Play at 4 Seasons Cove w/ Hot Tub

This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2,537 square foot lake front home has all you need to stay and play in the Lake of the Ozarks. 4 Seasons Cove offers multiple decks to enjoy your morning coffee, the lower deck has an awesome outdoor bar along with a state of the art hot tub. The quiet cove makes this a perfect location to cove out and enjoy the lilly pad available for guests use.
You'll find the primary suite on the main level with a king size bed, a 43 inch smart tv and a walk-in closet. The full ensuite includes a jetted tub to relax after a day on the water. Upstairs in the wicker room there is a king size bed and a 32 inch smart tv. This room has a jack-n-jill full bathroom it shares with the other upstairs bedroom. The gold bedroom includes 2 twin beds, one of which is a trundle underneath the queen size bed along with a 42 inch smart tv. On the lower level you'll find the grey room which has another king bed as well as a 32 inch smart tv. The anchor room which is also located on the lower level has 2 full size beds, a walk in closet and a 32 inch smart tv. The lower level also has a full laundry room for guests to use, a second fridge and a tv area to gather in and play games or watch a movie on the 80 inch tv.. There are also beach towels for your use during your stay.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you'd need to feed the family or friends. Mixing bowls to pizza pans, baking dishes to pots and pans. Plenty of cooking utensils making your meals a breeze. As guests you also have access to the smoker and the grill located on the top deck outside of the dining room.
If you want to go out and have some fun you're only a short drive from the Bagnell Dam where your food, fun, shopping or entertainment possibilities are endless.

Ozarks Oasis

We had 13 of us for a girls trip stay for a girls trip, and we all were very comfortable in Melissa's place. It was very well stocked, we were able to check-in a little early, her communication was extremely responsive, was eager to take action when there was a slight hiccup and made up for it. This property exceeded our expectations. Within 10-15 minutes to either the downtown area or some of the popular bars. Thanks again!

Family Vacation

We had a family vacation here and everything was great. Location is awesome and dock was very nice for swimming and pulling up a boat we rented to pick up and drop off everything.

Great location, stocked house

The house was really wonderful! It had plenty of space for our group, and a ton of supplies. The central location was really nice. The host responded to any questions quickly.

Perfect girls weekend

Plenty of room to hang out or spread out. Easy lake access, hot tub, clean, and well furnished. We hope to stay here every bi-annual girls weekend.

Weekend getaway

Me and my fiancé got this house for our wedding party to do a combined bachelorette & bachelor party. The house was amazing fit 13 of us comfortably and was such a fun place to spend our lake weekend. We would absolutely go back and stay here again!

Awesome family get away!

This was an annual family trip, 3 generations and we had a great time. The house met all our needs, very well stocked and very clean. Ages 4 to 67 all had a good time plenty of room for everyone. The only downside was the parking but there is off road parking near by.

Nice location but not very clean and Lack of Parking

I only book houses with hot tubs and was told it was broken the day I checked in and only received 200 back.There is only one parking space for a house that sleeps 16. Other people have to park on a road that is very curvy and only has a shoulder on some areas of the road, so you cannot park very near the house.It had a nice outdoor bar hot tub area, but again the hot tub was broken. The outdoor bar was absolutely filthy. It had a trash can full of trash, mold growing on the machines used to make daquiris, everything was sticky. It had a cooler that had food in it with bugs crawling on it.On the inside of the house there were dead bugs on the carpets and window sills. The upstairs carpet had not been vacuumed. There was a used razor in two of the showers. The inside of the house was not filthy like the outdoor bar area, but it wasn't very clean either. The fridges and freezers both had food that had been left in them. There were stains on the bedding. We had planned on grilling out one night but the grill was completely rusted out. There were two holes in the wall.When I called to complain about the cleanliness of the house, the property manager told me that she knew the house was not dirty, because it never had been. But she did send back the house cleaner who did some of the things we asked such as vacuuming the upstairs and taking out the trash in the bar. The house is in a great location and has a decent private dock to swim off of.

Great getaway location

No major issues with stay or location. Plan how many vehicles you are bringing. Otherwise park nearby on the street. Great stay overall!

Great Weekend Get Away

The property offered a great weekend getaway. The lower deck with the bar and hot tub was the perfect space for entertainment and to have the lake and dock just below that made it that much better.

Wonderful Property

This property and the experience of staying there for a few days was wonderful. Great location. Comfortable beds and well equipped. Swimming and playing off of the dock was a family favorite.

Outstanding property; great for family

We had our four daughters and two teenage friends for a long weekend. The property is lovely and gave everyone plenty of inspiring space to explore and enjoy Exceptionally convenient to local grocery, restaurants and attractions. We plan to return.

Great place, great location, lack if parking

Property was great to stay at with a few couples and great location. All the amenities were great. In a nice quiet cove. Would love to come back in summer to be able to use the patio with a bar right up from the dock. The only down fall of this home was the parking. 4 houses have a combined driveway so you only have one small spot to park in otherwise you have to park up the hill on the street.

Get away

Everything was good in the house, we had 10 adults and felt like we had plenty of space. The house had plenty of towels and dishes. Location was nice the damn wasn’t far away at all and there were good restaurants near by. The only downfall was the hot tub did not work which we were bummed about because we booked a house with a hot tub specifically.

Fantastic family weekend

We arrived and made contact with the owner, Melissa. She was super helpful in answering what seemed like my silly questions but was quick to respond. We had ten adults and two grandchildren and there was plenty of room for all. Kitchen was used a lot, grilled several times and played off the dock. We rented a boat at Paradise Marina and it was a short drive to get there. We will return to this beautiful spot on Lake of the Ozarks. Thanks, Melissa, for everything!

Heckuva Weekend

Went down with a group of friends for a weekend trip. The house was very convenient and located in a great spot in Osage beach. Plenty of places to sleep, ample space for relaxing on the decks and by the lake. Tons of beach and bathroom towels. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and comfortable, and were stocked with everything we needed. Owner was easy to communicate with and even made us aware of a prior minor fix that was being completed before we came down. She was super nice and accommodating. Would recommend this to any family, group of friends, or any larger group looking for somewhere to stay. When we weren't hanging on the patios, swimming in the water, or fishing off the dock, the house was as comfortable as it gets and a great place to relax and enjoy our trip.
