この施設について

We are a quiet ranch home that sits on 8 acres with firepit, pond and bar.

Newly remodeled ranch home on 8 acres with all the amenities and a pond. We are private and off the beaten path but within a few minutes of restaurants, shopping, grocery and Wolf Run State Park. Salt Fork, Seneca Lake, The Wilds and the Big Muskie bucket are all a few minutes drive as well. The property includes both indoor and outdoor games, pergola by the pond, firepit, grill and outdoor patio with 6 chairs, table and umbrella. We have a recently added playground with a swingset for kids and a sandbox. Inside the home are 2 fully furnished kitchens, laundry room, bar, living and dining room along with a piano. If you are looking for a quiet property to relax with a great view of the stars on a clear evening this is for you.

We do allow dogs for a $35 fee per pet per stay and we also have been renting for weddings. Book your stay for the desired amount of guests staying then its $750 for the venue rental for the day of the wedding.

We will have tables and chairs to rent in the near future as well along with white tent.

The house was clean and welcoming. The property was beautifully maintained. We enjoyed doing some fishing at the pond. Our host was easy to contact and made sure we had an amazing stay.

We had a great stay, and the house was the perfect spot for my family! There was plenty of space inside and outside the property, a nice pond, and ample parking. We found everything we needed and communication with the host was quick and easy.

Did a race at salt fork state park and wanted something a little more cost friendly and this was a nice stay for a brief weekend. Only feedback is the shower mats in the basement bathroom need to be cleaned or replaced there was some buildup under them so unfortunately we did not use it and we weren’t comfortable using the basement beds due to the resident wolf spider and wasp. Honestly the basement was a really cool vibe just those issues kept us away from using it. The property is nice and the first floor is nicely done.

This home was amazing! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen had all the cookware, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was close to local attractions. The host gave clear check-in instructions and answered our questions quickly. We had a great Anniversary weekend here. The property is beautiful and is well stocked with anything you might need. We had great communication with Jules. The only thing that we had a small issue with was the noise from the highway directly behind the property. Thank you and yes we will consider Booking again in the future!

We had a very nice stay and really enjoyed the property. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and easy to work with, which we truly appreciated. The home itself is lovely and has a lot of charm, and you can tell that a lot of time and effort has been put into making updates throughout the property.There were just a few things that could make the stay even better. The home could have used a little more attention to cleaning, and the bed sizes were not quite what we expected based on the listing. One of the beds was also fairly high, which may be something for future guests to keep in mind. There are several DIY updates throughout the home that give it character, although some of the finishing touches are a little less polished (such as the floor transitions between rooms).Overall, we enjoyed our time here and appreciated the hospitality. The property has a lot to offer, and with just a little extra attention to a few details, it would be an even more enjoyable stay.

Very cozy place that made you feel right at home from the moment you walked in the door. We are looking to return later in the year where we can enjoy the views more when the trees grass and pond are more visible.

I’ve booked this property 2 years for Thanksgiving diner and time with family. It is great place to relax and enjoy the downtime. Recommend it! Host is amazing! Great communications with host too. Very accommodating.

There are not 3 dedicated bedrooms at this house, only 2 and only 1 fully functioning shower. Barn doors are not true doors.

I'm an Interior Designer and live on a working farm. Small town girl...lover of simple things, horses, and really all animals. Outdoors, landscaping, music and art are some of my favorite things. One thing I have always dreamed about since I was little was to own a bed and breakfast/event venue. The opportunity to buy my grandparents estate presented itself the summer of 2022 and my husband and I decided to take the leap and launch a second business. If you knew my grandparents you'd know they loved to entertain...so to share their home with you all is absolutely fitting!
We are beyond humbled and blessed to be able to honor their last wishes and keep the property in the family. Remodeling has been a huge task and I've put thought and work into every piece. The coffee table in the living room I made along with the dining table and hand drew my grandmothers cookie receipe on the kitchen wall. We want you to feel at home and make yourself at home while you enjoy your stay with us.
We are always looking to improve and add more things as we grow, so if you have a suggestion we would love to hear that too!

We have met some of the best people in this adventure and we are so thankful!

2 Fully stocked kitchen with pans, microwave, utensils, dishes, cups, toaster, blender, coffee pot, grill, air fryer, dishwasher and huge refrigerators among many more things! We also have a dedicated laundry room, basement bar, and plenty of room to run and relax. Summer of 2024 we added a pergola by the pond with furniture as well...its a great spot to sit and relax!

Winter 2024 we added a playground for the kids...we have a swing set and a sandbox with a cover and all near the firepit for easy visibility of your kiddos or dog.

The option to have more than 4 guests stay for an extra fee is available. If you book more than 4 people we just need to know so we can set up extra beds for you. We are also adding holiday tableware, linens, serving dishes and extra pretty table decor so you have options to decorate for your holiday dinner or event. ❤️
