A Mile Away was named for its close proximity to Marietta Square (4 mi), this home is hosted by experienced Super Hosts.

Our recently updated, split level home is a cozy space, perfect for your traveling needs! We sleep a total of 8 in beds, plus an additional 2 on a sleeper sofa. This home offers a fully stocked kitchen, off street parking, a fully fenced in spacious back yard, a Pac-mac machine, and is pet friendly! The home has 3 bedrooms on the upper level, including the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom boasts a king size bed, Smart TV, and en suit. We keep a pack n play in the primary bedroom closet for any little ones that may be visiting. The 2 secondary bedrooms on the main level both have queen size beds and Smart TVs. There is a full bathroom in the hallway on the main. We offer a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs, including plastic ware for any visiting littles. There is a high chair located in kitchen and is available for guests use. The living room offers a Smart TV and a pull out couch.
On the terrace level of the home you'll find another full living area with Smart TV, including a pull out sleeper sofa, dedicated desk/work space, Pac-man machine, and the 4th bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is also a half bath located on this level. Guests may access the fenced in back yard from the terrace level, as well as the laundry room (washer and dryer available for use during your stay).
This home is perfect for everyone!
There is driveway parking available for up to 4 cars.

The owner of the property uses the garage to store furniture and other items. The garage is NOT part of the rental listing and will not be available to guests as part of the house.

Our family needed a place to stay during the holidays. We booked pretty close to our travel dates so I was glad to find this option. The location is excellent! Safe neighborhood with quick access to the main road. Our kids really enjoyed going to the Marietta Square Market, which is just a few minutes away. We all enjoyed playing the arcade game in the basement. Big, comfortable couch in the family room. All of the beds and bedrooms were nice. The host was responsive to messages. We would book this house again. The only thing to improve was the floor in the main hallway needed a good mopping before we checked in.

A home away from home

We were so fortunate to find this property during recent renovations on our house. It is very conveniently located and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. There are fast food and grocery options nearby, as well as good access to the Marietta Square with a great selection of restaurants and entertainment. The house is quite charming, and the fenced in, large yard is a huge bonus! We would definitely choose this property again for a stay close to home!

Beautiful home 5 stars

The house looked exactly like the pictures. The beds and couches are very comfy. The only downside was the dog hair on the couch downstairs. The property manager was very helpful. Just be sure to bring your own trash bag and laundry detergent. All of our other necessities were provided and we enjoyed our stay.

Quiet neighborhood

House was nice and comfortable. Love the bi-level splits. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Morgan was great. Took care of any problems we had immediately. And worked with us on a last minute extension. Would definitely stay here again.

There was adequate space for everyone!

We had a few mishaps during our stay! The microwave and refrigerator stopped working but technician came right on out the next morning and fixed it. Only had a few things in freezer that melted like our ice cream. One of the beds fell due to no support brace but it was fixed right away. Now the air conditioner was a challenge to work as it worked off of Google Nest and at times it got cold but other times it was not. The internet was horrible as it never hardly worked the whole week we were there. A representative brought over a hotspot for us to use a couple of days before we left. Loved the space in the bedrooms with their own closets and tvs. Maybe a shower could be installed in the basement. Loved the space down there as well. Overall the place was nice but needs to be rectify some of the issues such as maybe updating the breaker box and getting better Wi-Fi.

Great football weekend place to stay.

Close to sports facilities and made access easy. Clean a nice yard to get kids outside to play.
