The Lockheed Lady is designed and decorated for a cozy and peaceful stay. It is a fully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 full bath Ranch in Marietta. The home is on a safe & quiet street convenient to Historic Marietta Square, the Battery / Truist Park and easy access to Interstate 75. The layout is perfect for roommates with the three bedrooms and two full baths separate from the open living area and kitchen. The bedrooms have super comfy Green Tea memory foam mattresses and Ugg sheets! Full kitchen with Oven, Stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. The front door has a pin pad lock for easy access. Smart TVs and Amazon Alexa Echo Dot speaker to watch your favorite shows and listen to your playlists! Large backyard includes a storage shed and new concrete walkway to back door. The unit includes a Dedicated Washer and Dryer. All Utilities included - Heating & Air Conditioning, Electricity, Water, Sewer, High Speed Internet, & Yard Maintenance for an all inclusive stay.

Super convenient for us! Clean house, comfortable beds, and had what we needed. One of the bathrooms would get a musty smell right after taking a shower (more noticable for me since I'm pretty allergic to mold). Worked out great!

Marietta Visit

This is a recent renovation and everything is done nicely.Top-notch appliances and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. This location was very convenient for us to visit family in the Marietta area with none of the traffic issues. Many businesses nearby for any needs. We were very comfortable in this home and considering a future return.

Wonderful comfortable stay

Very nice freshly renovated property. Very comfortable beds, plush towels, and very nice kitchenware. Also provided youtubeTV, Prime and Netflix. House has large backyard which our dogs loved after long drive. Half bath with shower also completely renovated. For anyone visiting or Six Flags white water it’s right there. And for anyone visiting Atlanta wanting to stay someplace reasonable priced and safe it is only a 25 minute drive. Communication with the host was excellent.

Overall good with a few shortcomings

The good: Nicely remodeled and very clean. Not the best neighborhood but not the hood. Overall we felt safe. Host was very accessible as we locked ourselves out of the house lol. He got back to us right away when we called. The Bad 1). Dryer did not work, I copied and pasted the hosts response: Message from the host I’m sorry about that. It needs to be serviced. Someone unplugged it and not sure what is going on with it so I’ll schedule a service call. 2) No hot water in the shower/tub which is strange bc there was hot water from the sink in the same bathroom and all other faucets. The walk in shower was fine. 3). More if an FYI so y’all aren’t freaked out like we were: when we were checking out the backyard we were greeted by 2 seemingly aggressive pit bulls at the fence that separates the 2 yards. The fence between the 2 properties is quite short and they could easily jump over if they wanted. PLEASE NOTE the pits owners were very nice and informed us they were all bark and we had no issues w them. In conclusion this will be a nice rental once all the kinks are worked out and it would have been nice if the listing mentioned the dryer not working and to expect the neighbors dogs.

Greg, I appreciate the feedback. The hot water in the back bathroom and dryer are both being addressed. I will also update my welcome package to note the neighbors have dogs in their fenced in backyard and may bark at times. I wish I had let you know before. Learning lessons as a new host. Thank you.
