ROSE Vacances offers you this 10 m² studio on the 1st floor of a residence without a lift, ideally located on the Remblai des Sables d'Olonne. The entrance is opposite the beach.

Capacity: up to 2 people.



The accommodation includes:

Bright living room with sofa, TV, WIFI, small dining table with chairs. Mezzanine bed 140 with storage.

Semi-open equipped kitchen: kettle, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, filter coffee maker

Bathroom with shower, storage unit, and WC (no sink)



Paid parking near the accommodation. Free parking: Audubon car park or La Sablière.

Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the bins to the designated locations

Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
