Large 6-person air-conditioned gite with swimming pool in a park near La Rochelle

Located in Surgères, in the heart of the Charente Maritime, 30 minutes from all points of interest (La Rochelle, Rochefort, Fouras, Le marais poitevin...), this large cottage of about 80 m² on two floors will offer you all the necessary comfort for a peaceful stopover to discover the region or to ensure your work appointments around Surgères. (2 shower rooms with toilet, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, flat screen TV on all floors...). Air conditioning on all floors so as not to fear the heat. You will have direct access to the property's swimming pool in season, shared with the guests of the "H. de Surgères" guest rooms. (pool towels provided free of charge). Your private terrace surrounded by wood will allow you to spend the hot evenings outside, smoke a cigarette, drink a coffee... You are free to make all your meals, or to enjoy the breakfasts or dinners served by the owner of the property of the guest rooms on the other side of the park (extra charge). It is also possible to reserve a space in the private parking lot to park safely for a motorcycle or car (on request - depending on availability).
Economical option: bed linen and towels brought by you or optionally we make the beds according to the number of guests; it's up to you!
Same for cleaning: you do it at the end of your stay, or you take the option on site (60 euros)...
