This unit is perfectly located on the 4th floor overlooking the outdoor pool and gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Avoid all elevators when you arrive and park directly on the 4th floor. Also, we have a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with a key during your stay!!



Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.



Come relax on the spacious 4th floor balcony with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed. There is a new queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for accommodations up to 4. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle.

The condo is beautifully decorated. We had an issue with the TV but it was rectified quickly!The only thing I would suggest is over the door hooks in the bathroom for towels and a shower liner for the bathtub. Also, there’s a nice glass dining table and I would put place mats on them so the glass doesn’t get messy.But, it’s a wonderful location, very comfortable bed and nice couch!!!

Everything was very clean! Extra towels, blankets, etc. The view of the water right from the balcony was fantastic! Everything was easily accessible and the beach was only steps away! We will be staying here again!

Condo was clean and exactly as described. Loved the ninja coffee maker too! Made coffee in the mornings on the balcony even better. Great location, and we love the building. Having a parking garage attached, where you can simply walk from the garage to your floor without the need of the elevators is top notch. We will be back!

Love Phoenix X. Nice condo. Well stocked with everything we needed. Great pool and grilling area. Great location. We didn’t have any issues. Just wish the owner would have been a little bit more responsive with general questions through the app.

Nice condo for a couple

The condo was well decorated and it was on a quiet end of the complex. It was perfect for a couple wanting to get away for the weekend.

Great location! Convenient Parking as well!

We would definitely stay here again! It was great being able to park on the 4th level of the parking deck and walk straight to the condo without using the elevators. Also, VERY convenient to the FloraBama!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One afternoon there was a very loud crowd at the pool. They had 2 outdoor bluetooth speakers aimed at the building. Beer cans were stacked on the side of the pool. Security was called and a M/B observed the situation and left with no action. The crowd was loud and disorderly that was not conducive to families.

Inadequate

Few issues. Toaster not working pans unusable biggest cockroaches I have seen toilet not flushing well Condo and furnishing not updated at all would not stay there again.

Very nice place to stay

We enjoyed our week staying at this place on the beach. The unit was just what we needed for our vacation. We enjoyed having the indoor pool and hot tubs to use each evening. The beach was just out the windows from our unit and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening. We had good communication with rental managers when we had some issues with the WiFi at the beginning of our stay. We are thankful for the week we got to enjoy here. Thanks!

Had a few minor inconveniences, clock didn’t work, had to lift toilet handle or would run continuously but nothing that would keep us from renting again. Very satisfied with our stay.

Stayed for a month. Location, view of Gulf and access to beach are wonderful. Furniture is dated and nothing matches but is functional. Kitchen has most everything you would need for basic meal prep. Appliances are nice. Entire place could use a deep cleaning.

The floors was dirty but other then that it was great. The room was perfect for 4 people. Only downfall is I’m a smoker and was not allowed to smoke on the balcony. But other people around was smoking in their balcony.

Unit was ok. Not very well appointed as far as kitchen utensils. There should always be a pizza pan and a blender. Bed was a little on the firm side for us but that’s a personal thing. Couch on the other hand was not comfortable at all and it was the only place to sit. Bathroom could use some updating, vanity and toilet were so low it looked and felt like it was meant for a small child.

Unfortunately this condo was totally outdated, from the low formica counters to the low toilet and the 30 year old refrigerator with hanging down light bulb and ice maker that doesn't work. The front room could of used a rug and rearrange the furniture to get more in. The bed was comfy though. Wouldn't recommend
