- An open-plan kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

2ᵉ floor:
Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190)
Bedroom 2: with a bunk bed (sleeps two singles)
- A shower room with shower and WC

There is a garage on the ground floor of the accommodation.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, plancha, fan.

Outside:
- An 8 m² south-east-facing balcony (with table, chairs and parasol) accessible from the living room.
- 25 m² south-east-facing terrace

The house is ideally located in Marseillan, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Free parking spaces are available in front of the condominium.

In Marseillan, all journeys can be made on foot or by bike, thanks to the cycle paths.

- Marseillan-Plage railway station is a 5-minute drive away
- Montpellier Méditérannée airport is 1 hour away by car
