LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Perfect DOWNTOWN getaway! Perfect for a Business trip (convention center w/in walking distance), traveling nurses, Family Vacay, romantic getaway, or a Couples (x 3) weekend. This Westside North Bungalow is totally restored and updated! Two of the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the main floor. Master suite (main level) has a 60" walk-in shower en-suite. Second bedroom (main level), has a tub/shower en-suite. Third/4th bedrooms, bathroom, are on the second floor and has a free-standing soaking tub en-suite. The Loft bedrooms are open to each other. This 4BR/3BA is close enough to walk to: see pics for time and distance to... the KC Convention Center, Crown Center, the Kauffman performing arts center, Union Station, the Liberty Memorial, and even the KC streetcar. You can even ride the KC Streetcar for free to the River Market. More importantly, you can walk to dozens of great restaurants on the Westside like the Westsider Local, Chez Elle Creperie and Coffeehouse, and the Blue Bird Bistro (4 blocks away), the Crossroads Art District (and host to First Fridays Arts festivals) is home to some of KC's best restaurants such as Jack Stack BBQ, Lidia's Italian Bistro, Manny's Mexican, and Grunauer (German). SW Boulevard (2 blocks away) is also home to many authentic Mexican restaurants, all within walking distance. The Power and Light District, full of restaurants, sports bars, grocery store, and nightclubs are a short Uber/Lyft ride away <1 mi. You are also about one 3/4 of a mile to the Hy-Vee Arena and the antique district in the West Bottoms. A fun way to spend a saturday afternoon.

Dodgers and fun

Came for the Dodgers/Royals game. Was searching a few hotels, but that would have broke the budget for a few in our party. This place was awesome and affordable. Very clean, great amenities, and close to a lot of great bars/restaurants. The best part is the people in Missouri were amazing!!

Great home in perfect location

Fly up for the AFC championship game and had a great stay at this home. Very comfy beds and loved the huge tv in living room. Will def stay here again!!

So walkable!

The house was updated and very clean. The host was very responsive when we contacted him and we really appreciated that. Parking was easy and accessible. We really enjoyed our stay!

Clean and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. We had no problems but Mike was always in touch. The home was clean, comfortable, quiet and a great location for walking to the Crossroads district and the rest of KC. Would definitely stay again.

Close to Streetcar

House is cozy and clean. A great place to stay close to downtown well within walking distance to the streetcar and Union Station. Close to freeway, but still quiet. Overall, a wonderful stay!

It could use railings for the stairs in the front and back entrances. Great location! Lots to do in downtown KC. Outstanding that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Would stay again in a heart beat!

First Time in KC

My friends and I visited KC for a long weekend in late February. Mike was very flexible with our check-in and out timing. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The four of us were able to spend time together in the living room/kitchen or go off to our own space as needed. We just wish the weather was a little nicer to enjoy the front porch!

Great location!

Great location, wonderful and unique house! We brought the kids and grandparents for a weekend getaway. Location was perfect for exploring, especially on bikes! House was unique and the spiral staircase was a big hit with the kids! We will be back!

WONDERFUL PLACE

Location was perfect for crossroads district. The accommodations were very complete as the owner provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Linens were new & fresh, kitchen supplies were thorough, and the furnishings were stylish and comfortable. We highly recommend this 5 star property for your next visit to Kansas City.

This 3BR/3BA is close enough to walk to the KC Convention Center, Crown Center, the Kauffman performing arts center, Union Station and the Liberty Memorial, and even the KC Street car. You can ride the KC Street car for free to the River Market. More importantly, you can walk to dozens of great restaurants on the Westside like the Westsider Local, Chez Elle Creperie and Coffeehouse or the Blue Bird Bistro (4 blocks away), the Crossroads Art District (and host to First Fridays Arts festivals) is home to some of KC's best restaurants such as Jack Stack BBQ, Lidia's Italian Bistro, Los Tules (Mexican) or Grunauer (German). SW Boulevard is also home to many authentic Mexican restaurants, all within walking distance. Downtown restaurants, and bars in the Power and Light District are a short Uber/Lyft ride away.
