Welcome to Greenview Condominium at the Maggie Valley Club and Resort
Managed by Carolina Mountain Vacation Homes, a trusted, family-owned business proudly serving Maggie Valley and Waynesville travelers since the early 1990s.

Come experience the Maggie Valley Club & Resort lifestyle! This beautifully updated condominium overlooks the 8th green and offers full access to all the resort’s amenities, including golf, dining, and recreation. With mountain views, high-end furnishings, and easy access via elevator, this condo combines comfort, style, and convenience.

THE SPACE

This spacious, second-floor condominium accommodates up to four guests and features:
• Two bedrooms, each with a king bed
• Two full bathrooms
• Chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and full cookware
• Washer and dryer
• Dishwasher and microwave
• Covered balcony overlooking the golf course and mountain views
• Elevator and personal parking space for easy access

Enjoy elegant finishes, mountain-inspired décor, and a bright, open living area designed for comfort and relaxation.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay in Maggie Valley over New Years. This condo was in a great location to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Exceptionally clean, and a simple, simple process during rental.

Beautifully and thoughtfully appointed

The Condo is very comfortable and clean. Excellent location. Excellent communication with the rental agency. The elevator is a life saver for moving in and out. Easy access with low level roads. I prefer a condo with the company of other people rather than a secluded area - but that is my preference.

Comfortable and convenient

The condo was beautifully and comfortably furnished, and the location was perfect for access to everything we wanted to visit in the area. Quiet, since it was off the main street, but easy access to sites to the east and to the west of Maggie Valley. Highly recommend!
