A spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances affords a breakfast bar for a quick bite or the adjacent large dining room is perfect for entertaining family and guests. The master bedroom has a king bed, with a spa like bath and walk in master closet. The second and third bedrooms have a queen bed and an urban queen sleeper bed respectively. This amazing property is perfect for your next golf or ski group or your next family reunion. Condo is within walking distance to the Maggie Valley Club which has a restaurant and a lounge. High speed internet access and cable with Hi-Def TV rounds the package.

Please note this is a dog friendly property. It is the guest's responsibility to contact the property manager at Maggie Mountain Vacations as there is an additional non-refundable per pet fee, not included in the base rent. 1 dog 30 pounds and under allowed or 2 small dogs 15 pounds or less.  Unauthorized pets on property will incur a $300 per pet penalty. No cats or other types of pets allowed. The approach to this vacation rental is a paved, with easy accessibility, and close to downtown Maggie Valley.

Conveniently located in central Maggie Valley, Peterson's has easy year-round paved access and an elevator for added convenience. Peterson's Tee-Time is less than a 20-minute drive to Cataloochee Ski Area, Tube World (snow tubing), Wheels Through Time (historic motorcycle museum, as featured on History Channels “American Pickers”), horseback riding and golfing. In about 20 minutes, you could be in Waynesville at Ingles and Publix grocery stores, Walmart or head to Main Street in Waynesville and enjoy additional shopping, dining, and sightseeing. This condo is a 30-minute drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and the Harrah’s Casino in Cherokee (even if you do not gamble it has some of the best restaurants around), Pisgah National Forest, several golf courses, and just west of Cherokee is Bryson City (home of the Great Smoky Mountain Railway and “Polar Express” during the Christmas Holiday).

A little more than 40 minutes away, you’ll arrive in Asheville at the Biltmore Estate & Winery, several micro-breweries, and 1 hour and 15 minutes away is Transylvania County (home of the most waterfalls in the United States), and over 100 Antique Shops.

Approximately 45 minutes away heading south to Hendersonville, you can visit Sierra Nevada Brewery (with their enormous dining and Tap Room), gem mining, white water rafting, zip-lining and much more in the surrounding areas. You are 1 hour 30 minutes to Gatlinburg, TN and Pigeon Forge (home of Dollywood).

All guests must pick up a guest check-in package including check-in information, directions to property, and keys to the vacation rental home from the property manager at Maggie Mountain Vacations.
