Located on Fir Street above Telluride Town Hall with beautiful views of the ski area and surrounding mountains. Sunny exposure from its many windows. Fully furnished modern amenities, including steam shower, stainless steel Jenn-Air appliances, heated front porch, gas fireplace, wet bar, Weber BBQ grill, fenced yard (summer), W/D and SmartTVs. Master bedroom – King; Bedroom 2 – Queen; Bedroom 3 – two twins that can be converted to a king bed; flex room – Twin sofa sleeper. Just steps away from everything in town and Chair 8 and gondola is only a couple of blocks away. Caretaker lives in lock-off apartment. BL #608
