This beautiful and remodeled ski-in/ski-out condominium sits adjacent the Telluride Ski Resort between the base of lift 7 and Clarks Market. Located in Telluride Lodge, the name says it all, this is one of the most convenient locations in the town of Telluride. Views from the condo overlook ski runs, lift 7 and the gondola ascending the mountain as well as the surrounding mountains. The large private deck off the living room affords private access to the condo and with spectacular views. This condo is also adjacent to the Telluride Valley Floor with miles of nordic cross country skiing as well as walking distance to all of Telluride's shops and restaurants and the gondola.

The condo is decorated beautifully and tastefully with a completely remodeled high end kitchen with commercial grade Z-LINE Gas Stove and appliances, solid surface quartz counters, new soft close cabinetry and more. There is an incredibly comfortable king-sized bed in the master suite, a queen in the second bedroom as well as bunk beds, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room with high end linens. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the comforts of home. The main bathroom is highly upgraded with stunning hip appointments, solid surface counters and chic modern fixtures. The 2nd bathroom although does not have a toilet offers a roomy shower and vanity and sink area to get ready. The condo also has a high-speed broadband internet connection with FREE WI-FI.

After you arrive, park your car directly outside the condo and forget about it. Take an easy stroll to the wonderful shops, restaurants, and bars of Telluride. If you prefer riding over walking, the FREE Galloping Goose shuttle stop is super close. It circles town about every 10-20 minutes with stops at the Gondola and along Main St. Unless you plan to leave town you will not need a car while you are here.

After a hard day of skiing it's nice to be staying at the base of the ski hill. Just simply leave your skis locked up on the private deck and refresh your body in Telluride Lodge's hot tubs with views up the mountain. The exterior hot tub has arguably the most incredible view from any hot tub in town.

Ski rentals, lift passes, and equipment sales are all available right at the base of Lift 7 (1.5 minute walk) or at the Gondola (7-minute walk). Clarks Market (full-service grocery story) is located in The Telluride Lodge complex (1 minute walk almost all inside) and multiple great restaurants are all in very close proximity to the condo. Nice play to stay. We enjoyed the fireplace and complex’s hot tubs. Unfortunately the ski resort was closed when we went due to a ski patrol strike, but we still had a great time in Telluride. 10-15 minute walk to the heart of town, 10 minute walk to the gondola. Parking is convenient and we didn’t have any trouble finding a spot.

Loved the location of this condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. One thing to note is that you can walk to lift 7, which was nice. The Telluride Trail was closed when we were there. When it’s open you can ski that blue trail all the way back to lift 7, which would be nice. We either walked from the gondola or took the free shuttle. Neither which is too fun in ski boots, but it’s still manageable. We walked to dinner all evenings, which was great. The only thing we had trouble with was the key holder- it’s tricky to undo and redo. Other than that, fantastic hosts and ski location!!!

The location and property were great. The local town shuttle was right outside and it was easily walkable to everything. Only issue we had is they are doing a lot of construction work and we couldn’t get back into the parking lot one say without going all over to find the other entrance and the noise was unbearable from 8-5 on both the weekdays.

This is such a great property! It is spacious and offers beautiful mountain views from the porch. We spent evenings there, enjoying the quiet and wonderful weather. We also appreciated the ability to walk to everything in town within minutes, including Clark's Market for any grocery needs. It is also an easy walk to take the gondola up the mountain. We will stay here again on any return trips to Telluride.

Such a great property! We loved the layout and the location! The bedrooms being downstairs helped a lot with keeping them cool in the summer. The kids loved the bunk beds which are built into a nook. Would love to stay here again someday!

This place is such a gem! My family and I loved our stay here. Easy to communicate with hosts. Check-in and check-out process was very easy and straightforward. The place was super clean. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Lovely view of the mountains from the living room and patio. Conveniently located near the main market in town and within close walking distance to downtown. We only found that the shower didn't drain that well, but that's an easy fix. Overall, this place is amazing!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Telluride.

We loved staying in this condo! The location was perfect and the view was beautiful. We are birders and live in the east but we were able to see several western bird species from the porch. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I thought the hot tub was inside the apartment I did not realize from the pictures that it was a communal hot tub for the apartment complex. That was a bit disappointing.

Welcome to our Telluride condo. We are a family of 3 that loves Telluride and have been sharing Telluride with guests for years. We previously owned another vacation condo we shared with guests in Cimarron Lodge for many years but on our walk to Clarks Market we always passed through Telluride Lodge and loved the huge decks on the lower level units as well as the expansive grounds and tremendous location. We finally decided to make the move not long ago and sold our Cimarron Lodge unit and bought Telluride Lodge 322. After over a year of fully remodelling Telluride Lodge 322 we now are offering the condo to our guests on VRBO. We hope you love the place as much as we do. As we have just started renting our condo we do not have many reviews yet but our last condo had 89 5 star reviews on VRBO so we hope you will be willing to give our place a shot. We think it is an absolutely amazing place to stay in Telluride.

We love Telluride Lodge. As former owners in another popular community in Telluride for many years we had always admired Telluride Lodge from afar. When the right unit came available we finally made the switch. The location was key to us in Telluride Lodge but the condo needed work so we did a full year long remodel and now we believe we have a masterpiece to share with guests.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Telluride Lodge 322 is on the east side of the Telluride Lodge community making it an easy walk to Colorado Blvd (Main St.) shops and restaurants. When the snow is right we can ski right to the condo's deck and even late and early season it is only a 1.5 minute walk to lift 7. In the community itself Telluride Lodge is one of the few units that only has a neighbor on the north side and not the south side so living room and kitchen windows as well as the large deck are open to ski resort views rather than a neighboring unit and allow a very bright and sunny experience in and out of the condo. Also when you arrive it is one of the easiest and most convenient condos in Telluride to unload in as you can back your car right up to our private entrance off the deck. Everything is convenient. Telluride Lodge Hot tubs are very close by to the condo with incredible views from the hot tubs as well. One of the best things we like for convenience when we stay in the condo is Clarks Market is connected to Telluride Lodge. We have a 2nd interior entrance to the condo that allows a short 1 minute walk to the market. Most of the way to the market is inside so when the weather is bad (or freezing cold) if you want to grab a snack, grocery item or meal you can do so easily and comfortably. We just love the condo and hope our guests will as well.
