This unit has everything needed to make you feel at home. Its quiet, clean, and in the heart of Charlotte close to everything. Restaurants and convenience store on premise. Walking to venues was safe and easy. If you need the tram there is a stop close by.

Such a cute place! Love the decor and lots of space. Pool was great too. Close to uptown area so walkable. The few blocks around apartment and the store fronts are a little sketchy but not terrible. Would stay there again.

Great condo in a great location!

We enjoyed your stay at this very clean and well decorated condo. The location was perfect for us as so many things were in walking distance. The check in instructions were very clear and the host was very easy to reach. We would stay here again!

A short stay in Charlotte

We stayed here for a long weekend, it was exactly as described on the inside. The balcony was a nice perk and size/layout were great. I wish the beds were king sized. Overall we would consider staying here again.

We were in town for my nieces wedding. The condo was a 5 minute drive to the wedding venue which was very convenient. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us & having 2 bathrooms came in handy for us to get ready. We appreciated having the assigned parking spot for our stay. The unit was very quiet & secure.

Wonderful apartment!

This property is adorable, convenient to everything and super clean! We stayed for a weekend while in town for a football game and the walk to the stadium only took about 10 minutes. There are some cute neighborhood bars and restaurants that made grabbing a quick bite to eat easy! I would highly recommend this condo!

Very Convenient

We really enjoyed our time! Only downside was only having one set of keys, and needing to use fob to get into building each time.

Great location

Great location and super clean apartment. Walking distance to a ton of restaurants and bars. The only feedback is that the beds are both full size vs king or queen. Just be aware.

I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay Robert! I did want to make a correction though, both beds are in fact queen size. I understand the need for comfy beds when you’re away from home so I personally selected the beds because it’s a comfort I enjoy when I stay there as well. Would love to host you again anytime!

Family Wedding

Property and location were perfect for our group. So nice having a Starbucks and 7-Eleven right next-door. Access to the rooftop area was lovely and the condo was just as described. The check in process can be a little tricky due to security for the building/parking area but that’s to be expected. We would definitely stay here again.

Short Stay In Charlotte

We visited for 4 nights with our older teenage kids, so loved the 2 bedroom/bathrooms. This apartment was great - looked just like the pictures, very clean, modern and bright! Loved the patio! Walking distance to pretty much everything uptown, including great restaurants. Had a great experience and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Great property and host!

Lovely condo with beautiful decor in walking distance to so much of downtown Charlotte. Condo and parking was secure with zero safety issues during the stay. Host was amazing and easy to contact. Excellent instructions given by host for check in and check out. Cannot say enough about how attentive host was! Would rent this property again! By far, my best VRBO property experience!

Weekend stay in CLT

We had a cousin trip to Charlotte! The location was great. Close to everything. It was a short Uber ride or scooter ride or if you wanted to walk there were great parks and views. It is close to a Starbucks as well! The condo was amazing! Super clean and a modern design. It had everything we needed and more! The property manager was very easy to communicate!

Couples trip to Charlotte

My wife and i visited with another couple for a weekend in Charlotte. We went to the Charlotte FC match while we were in town. The location of the place was excellent. Walking distance to the stadium as well as to many restaurants and bars. Jamie was a great host and was available for any questions. The place was clean and the check in process was easy. We enjoyed the balcony for our morning coffee and evening drinks. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice location!!!

The location was great. We were disappointed when the roof fire pit did not work. Wished there had been an extra fob for us to go our separate ways rather than always having to use the padlock system. The owner was available whenever we needed something.
