Property was as described. Easy check in instructions. Quite stay that was close to the Greensboro County Park, area where we performed that required the weekend stay.

Perfect Weekend Stay

Location was exactly what my husband needed for a weekend work trip. Scott was professional and accommodating when VRBO double booked. He offered a different unit that was available and everything worked out perfectly.

Place sucks - beware

. We couldn’t stay and tried to contact the owner several times. He did not respond EVER. His number was out of service and we are trying to get our money back. I have not heard from him so I’m hoping VRBO will make this right. The owner needs to step up, it wasn’t what was listed, it had no air conditioning, and it was filthy. It reeked terribly when we went in… Again, no response from the owner.

I'll be back

I never met Scott but everything was right on time. From the time I arrived and during the visit, he checked on me, the info to enter the property was on point. It was clean and cozy. Location offers lots of life! You have various types of food places...IHOP, Outback, Subs, pizza, bars, movie theater...all within one block. SO I'll be back Scott. Oh I watered your cactus! LOL

To be fair…

We ended up in a different unit than originally signed up for because of an air conditioning failure. So this is not a review of the original unit described in this listing. The unit we ended up in really needs to deal with a mold issue. The heating/air vents have visible mold infestations.

Great owner and clean apartment.

The apartment I was supposed to be in did not smell fresh and clean. When I contacted the owner, he had another apartment available in the same unit so I changed rooms. The second room was wonderful! Clean and comfortable! I was thankful for his help and flexibility.

Worth it!!

I never write reviews but I decided to because we had a great time there! I was hesitant to book it because there was only 1 review but I'm glad we did! The Host Scott really made it effortlessly for us to have a good time and easy check in. The place was clean, bed was comfy and we used the kitchen a lot. Check in was super easy, there was enough parking spaces every day/night. Just go up and put in the code to enter. We decided to cook almost every day and there were enough pans, but only 1 pot, so we had to manage a little when cooking what in what pan bug it was super durable! There was dishsoap and sponges, extra trash bags, an extra toilet paper, paper towel, bath towels, extra toothbrush and everything you need for coffee!! There were ice trays and smart TV. The place is simple but they definitely tried to make it look nice. Nice area, close/walking distance to multiple shops. No loud neighbors or noise at night. So we were able to sleep peacefully. Overall it really was a great place and enough space for everything we needed! I would definitely stay there again.
