Perfect location, right in the heart of the town of Dutch John, where the best fly fishing in the world is 5 minutes away! Great for a guys trip, large screen TV, leather recliners, BBQ out back. House has 4 beds total, with 3 bedrooms. Sleeps 8 with 3 King beds and 1 Queen. The home has a full kitchen with a large living room that has auto recliner leather seating. There is plenty of parking on the property if bringing toys or a boat, and large back patio area to relax and bbq.

Great place and very comfortable for a family trip to Flaming Gorge. The reclining couch was awesome! Comfortable beds with a TV in every room. Lovely backyard with plenty of seating and fire pit. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for hosting us Wesley!

Truely a hidden gem of a rental. House was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, with quality cooking instruments and appliances. Neighborhood was quiet and welcoming! I cannot overstate how nice it was to stay at this property.

Spacious with all yhe amenities you need

Great location near Flaming Gorge Reservoir and within walking distance of the fireworks. There is ample space in the kitchen for cooking. The firetable under the gazebo was wonderful on sunny and rainy days.

Enjoyed our stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the house. It is in Dutch John, so close to the fishing activities we went there for. House was clean and the listing is accurate. Dutch John is a nice, quiet place to stay.

Perfect spot for anglers

Wesley’s property is super nice. Very clean, very roomy and perfect for a stay on Dutch John. Wes was great at communicating. Will be staying again for sure!

Great location !!!

We enjoyed our short stay in Dutch John , the space was great for our party of 6! Plenty of games and area for the kids to enjoy and close proximity to the marina and boat ramp/ flaming gorge dam, and other sightseeing . Thank you for the continued communication throughout our stay!

Fly Fishing Trip

I'm used to renting high end homes from VRBO, but this modest home in Dutch John, UT for our flyfishing trip was just what we needed and work very well for us. I will book this home again when doing future trips to Dutch John, UT.

Amazing stay

Highly recommend this rental. We had such a great trip to the Green River and Flaming Gorge. We had 2 families stay here together and it was the perfect amount of space and amenities to cater to us all. Wes is the perfect host, great with communication and checking on us and also allowing us space to enjoy the home. We will definitely stay again.

I have vacationed in Dutch John for over 20 years and love everything about Northeast Utah. The Green and the Gorge are my favorite places to be. I started renting my home there in Dutch John a few years ago, with a dream of offering a place that fisherman like me can visit on a family getaway or a quick guys' trip fishing the Green.
