Beautiful duplex in Murrells Inlet, at a quiet neighborhood ,in walking distance to the beach, close to restaurants stores and all main attractions. This is top unit (#B) only, must climb stairs.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. sleeps up to guests.

The Space:
3 bedrooms, 2 baths, great space. Top floor of a duplex, shared backyard. 2 king beds, 1 queen bed.
Shared Laundry room available.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area.
Sheets and linens provided.
Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

Guest Access:
The unit is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire top floor and shared backyard.
*No mailbox for this location.
*Washer/dryer available.
*Parking is free (2 parking spots available)

Murrells Inlet maintains its Southern charm and natural beauty at the scenic Brookgreen Gardens, the oldest and largest botanical sculpture garden on the East Coast, and Huntington Beach State Park.

*This is a multiunit property where other guests stay.
*NO mailbox for this location.
*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
*the house is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.
