Villa ESPÉRANCE, with its panoramic ocean view, welcomes you in the heart of the bay between Ciboure and Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Located just a few minutes’ walk from the beaches and the town center, it is the perfect place to fully enjoy the Basque coast.



LIVING SPACE



This family villa features charming, characterful, and authentic décor, while offering all modern comforts.

The living areas, including the kitchen and spacious lounge, overlook the bay.



The separate, fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare delicious meals. The living and dining room is spacious and filled with natural light.



Outside, enjoy your breakfasts and lunches on the terrace, which boasts breathtaking views of the bay. You will also appreciate the Peña bar area, ideal for aperitif time.



BEDROOMS



The villa includes 3 suites and 2 additional bedrooms, spread over two levels.



On the ground floor, you will find the first suite, featuring a 160 cm bed and its own private bathroom.



Upstairs, two bedrooms share a connecting shower room. The first has two single beds (90 cm each), while the second offers a 160 cm bed.



The two remaining bedrooms on this floor are suites with ocean views.

The first includes a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm single bed, a private shower room, and a charming loggia.



The final suite features a 180 cm bed, a shower room with toilet, and an adjoining lounge also facing the ocean, offering a privileged space to relax.
