Professionally managed by FL Vacation Connection, this spacious unit is furnished with comfortable seating in the living room, perfect for watching your favorite program or for sharing photos of your trip with family using the complimentary WiFi!

Make yourself at home with the fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the breakfast bar while planning your day, or cook up your catch of the day for dinner and enjoy as a family at the large dining table!

The master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed and a large en-suite bathroom to wash off the salt water at the end of the day. The guest bedroom has a set of twin-sized beds with direct access to the second bathroom.

Take full advantage of your balcony off the living area, perfect for playing cards or just sipping a glass of wine after a sunshine filled day! Since this unit is on the first floor, guests have their own private stairway down from the balcony ... so literally steps away from the heated community pool, beach, and lush landscape of Beachplace! This first floor walkup means access is easy to all the amenities

Nice 1st level unit at Beachplace on Longboat Key

This was the 2nd stay in this unit at Beachplace July of 2021 and now July of 2023. There were several upgrades to the unit since our last stay, most notable are the new countertops and appliances. Great location and amenities.

Lovely condo near the beach

Very nice condo. Very tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The TV “system” is not efficient and should be changed but all else was fine.
