The flat comprises 2 bright, comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and storage space. A bright, modern living room with a lounge area. An open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen completes the flat. Come and stay in Fécamp (around 17 km from the cliffs of Étretat), in a beautiful apartment, ideally situated : 50 meters from the marina, 300 meters from the beach and with direct access to the Palais Bénédictine. A few dozen kilometers from Havre-Octeville Airport, 650 meters from Fécamp train station. All essential shops and restaurants are within 200 meters. Our totally renovated flat is a non-smoking place ; it will offer you all the comfort for a successful stay. With a surface area of 60 m2, it can welcome 4 guests maximum. You will have free Wi-Fi. The apartment is composed as follows : - 2 bedrooms (double beds) with wardrobes - dining room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine). - living room with a flat-screen TV and a sofa. - bathroom with shower, single sink, towel dryer and hair dryer. - separate toilets Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. To ease your arrival and departure, you will have a self-check in and check out with a key-box. You have the possibility to store your bicycles under the porch of the building in complete safety as the porch is locked and the only access is for tenants. The apartment is not accessible to people with disabilities because of the stairs to come in. Even if we do love pets, for hygiene reasons, animals are not allowed. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the small brick building that you can see in the photos. The staircase that leads to the second floor is wide and has a ramp for safe climbing. On vacation by the sea, you could be awakened by the gulls present on the Normandy coast, the apartment being in the immediate vicinity of the port and the beach. The building is full of history : it is a former biscuit factory which has been rehabilitated into 7 apartments. We have, my wife, my son and I, recently purchased it. We have made renovation, insulation works and brought up to electricity standards, for your comfort. Dear Guests, what to do The pretty town of Fécamp will offer you a large range of activities to make your stay memorable. First, some cultural activities : you can visit the Palais Bénédictine, the new Pecheries museum, as well as the Abbey Church of the Sainte-Trinité. You can also have fun with sporting or recreational activities : boat trips between Fécamp and Etretat, jet-skiing, tree climbing, discovery of French gastronomy, walks on the seafront dykes of Fécamp or Etrétat.
