Lovely place to stay, easy access to centre of Nashville and we felt safe and comfortable at the accommodation. Added bonus was the safe parking. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Nashville.

Walkable to Broadway, just plan for uphill upon return. Adorable place, well stocked. Nice little touches of stocked necessities. We would definitely stay again!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was super convenient to Broadway, which was nice since we were there to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday! We also appreciated all the little extras the host furnishes the property with. I might have to get one of those Pac-man/Galaga machines! Again, thanks for everything, from the communication before to mailing our lost air-pod after we left!

A great place to stay in Nashville! Very nice and clean place, well supplied, and reasonably priced. The best we have had in many trips to Nashville! We enjoyed the walk to and from Broadway and staying away from the traffic and noise of Broadway.

What a great place to stay!! Within walking distance to Broadway and free parking. The townhouse has everything you could need. I loved that they have a shoe holder in the half bath with items you may have forgotten, razors, toothpaste etc. What a great idea!! The host provided great correspondence before during and after our stay. Highly recommend, we will stay here again.

Perfect for a fun, quick getaway!

Property was clean, well stocked and had free gated parking area. The location was perfect for walking to all the attractions on Broadway. Communication with the owners from the moment I booked the property was stellar! Absolutely would stay here again !

Perfect location and very cute home for our girls' trip to Nashville. We loved the decor and the wall mural inside the home! Plenty of room for our group of 7 and beds were comfortable.

Awesome Condo in Nashville

This place is so cute, well appointed. Comfortable. Easy walk to Downtown. Came with 7 girls, house was great! Would totally stay here again. Hosts were awesome & had great communication! Definitely recommend this place! You won’t be disappointed!

Great location!

Property was exactly as described and an easy walk to Broadway. Coming back was a little more difficult because it’s all uphill so be aware of that if you have someone in your group who struggles with hills. The unit was relatively quiet with comfy yet firm beds. We appreciated being able to do some laundry in the unit and the kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Last Minute Getaway

We decided to take a last minute trip for spring break. This rental space was PERFECT for our family of 5 - so much more space than in a hotel room. It’s a great location and an easy walk to Broadway. The thoughtfulness of the little travel toiletries is such a fantastic idea - well done! We would definitely book this space again!

Location, location, location!!

Jessica and Tyler are unbelievable hosts! Super attentive to every detail of making our trip special! Way too many things to list, but we had everything and then some. So convenient to check in. The location was amazing!! We’ll definitely stay with JeTy vacations in the future!!

The PERFECT condo rental!

This is simply the best and perfect condo rental! I’ve rented on VRBO several times but never had such a wonderful experience! The communication was so timely and friendly! The condo was so clean and comfortable and well decorated! The amenity was so thoughtful — from mints on the pillows to a full door hanger of toiletry supplies to hot chocolate and crackers! Wow! We’d be back just to live here again!

Family Getaway

My family of 5 made a last minute trip to Nashville to catch some concerts. Hotels are way too cramped for our family so we looked into VRBO last minute. We are thankful to have found this place! Plenty of room to give teenagers their space! The attention to detail from the owners was unmatched. From snacks to extra toothbrushes to extra batteries, the owners went above and beyond to provide the things that renters might have forgotten. Very impressed and will definitely stay again when we come to Nashville!

Great location and spacious

Stayed here for a bachlorette weekend (5 girls) and there was plenty of room! Communication with hosts was very reliable and the check-in and out process was simple. The location was perfect -- walking distance to Broadway Street and the Country Music Hall of Fame, and The Parthenon and the mall were only a 15 min drives. The only thing I'd say is that the pillows are very thin, so we ended up buying cheap ones from the store that we just left there, since we flew. So if you're particular about pillows, I'd say bring your own or do what we did. Overall, everything was great and the photos matched what the place looks like in real life. I would stay there again and definitely recommend it to others as well!

Broadway's Neon Moon

I came here with my family for a work conference at the Music City Center and to experience Nashville for the first time. The location was excellent within walking distance of most anything downtown (just a 10 min walk to the conference center and Country Music Hall of Fame). The property was well maintained and clean. It was definitely a better value than getting two adjacent rooms in a downtown hotel for a family of six. The parking is gated which is nice though the location felt safe. The hosts did a great job of communication and responded quickly to any questions we had. Overall we had a great experience and would come here again if visiting Nashville.

Jessica spent 13 years as a 4th-grade teacher in East Nashville before becoming a full-time realtor, helping women purchase their first homes and guiding investors in finding great properties. Tyler, a proud Nashville native, is also a realtor and knows this city inside and out.

Beyond real estate, we’re huge Nashville Predators and Tennessee Titans fans—you’ll often find us at games or snagging last-minute concert tickets to see our favorite artists. Music is a big part of our lives, and we love discovering new spots around town.
