We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The condo is exceptionally clean, modern, and artfully decorated, with thoughtful touches in every corner. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host has provided everything one could possibly need, especially in the kitchen and living room, from cookware and appliances to extra pillows, comforters, and blankets. It made settling in incredibly easy and comfortable for our family.The beds and sofa-beds were all very comfortable, which was a huge plus after long days exploring the city. We slept wonderfully each night.The location is fantastic, only about an 18–20 minute walk to Broadway, and within walking distance to several great restaurants, coffee shops, and local spots. We enjoyed being close to the action while still having a relaxing space to come back to.Our hosts, Christine and Mike, were truly wonderful, welcoming, responsive, and proactive. They provided clear instructions for access, check-in, and check-out ahead of time, and checked in with us just enough to make sure we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the private parking, secure building entry, and overall quiet, safe atmosphere of the property. Overall, we loved the experience and had a fantastic time in Nashville. This condo exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’d happily stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located place to stay!

My family and I took a quick trip to nashville for bull riding and site seeing. This was the perfect place to stay. It was close to downtown and made the commute super simple. The property was easy to access, clean, and convenient. We loved the accomodations and had a blast. When we come back we will stay here again! Definitely recommend!

Nashville with the girls

Property was just as listed and very nice to stay in. Very close to Broadway bars so within walking distance or 8.00 Uber ride. Large kitchen, living room, patio and the pool area was great. The neighborhood had some homeless as it is near the Rescue Mission but at no time did we feel unsafe. I would stay here again.

Nashville Experience

Absolutely loved staying here. The apartment and entire complex is new and well cared for. Starting off, we took advantage of the free parking on-site. Walked to Broadway multiple times during our 3-night stay. Enjoyed drinks on the back deck. Utilized the fitness facility (right across the hall). Amenities in the apartment were top notch! Great communication with owners. Security at the building was friendly and helpful. Not sure what else to say other than we look forward to visiting Nashville & staying here again.

Great property close to everything in downtown

The communication with the owners was excellent before, during, and after our stay! The listing was accurate and everything we expected for our stay. The property was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our time there. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to in the downtown area. We'd stay here again and highly recommend to our family and friends that may be staying in Nashville!

Incredible stay

If you’re looking for a CLEAN, conveniently located, Nashville vibe place to stay look no further! This condo/apartment is amazing. The amenities from secured parking, LATCH phone entry, quick elevators, fully stocked apartment, trendy, smart tvs it’s literally all you could ever need for a weekend in Nashville. It’s not the crazy broadway scene however it is walking distance to everything. You can come back home to chill after a long night at broadway or hanging at the Gulch. Mike and Christine are awesome when it comes to communication. Any questions we had were answered in minutes! We will 100% stay here again. I can’t rave a Pugh about how much we enjoyed our stay.

Great property very secure little shady with the homeless across the street !! About a 15 minute walk to broadway not bad at all . Very clean great set up with rooms , we brought my mother and it was nice she had her own room and bathroom!!

Great Stay, easy access

Great stay. Loved the phone app access for the property. Clean, fun, updated, quick owner response if it was needed. Location wasnt too bad. The use of the scooters (Lime,Spin,Bird) making getting around easy. 2nd bedroom was small but the large hallway entry and bathroom right outside of the bedroom made it feel like a second master bedroom. We would stay here again. Thanks fir a great stay

Beautiful new condo!

I truly don't want to be negative but I have to say, the lock system is bizarre & extremely annoying. A different code for every single door is exhausting! No one could go anywhere without me. I tried to share the garage code with the other guests that we had registered but the gate wouldn't open-not even for the security guard! I had to leave the condo and physically go to the garage to open the gate for the car. Maybe we should've had a lesson or two on the "Latch" system. So-so annoying. And my second complaint, the guest bdroom was not a bedroom - my brother-in-law & I each have claustrophobia & neither one of us could sleep in that room -no closet & no window & so small. It didn't seem as large as the walk-in closet for the main bdroom.Thank goodness there was the sleeper sofa! And the third complaint-the homeless & the smell across the street. We walked to Pegleg Porker the first night & didn't feel exactly safe. Yes, we did walk to Broadway 3 times but I wouldn't say it was "close" as it took 20 minutes to get there. Oh and one other little thing- there is no view. Looking back at the pictures I see the roof of the other building in them now. But, silly me I didn't know we wouldn't be able to see anything unless we stood in the very corner of the patio. Your place is beautiful and very clean & I know you want an honest opinion from us. Thank you for letting us stay we enjoyed our family time together.
