You’ll be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home. Located by Ironclad Golf Course and a short drive to Topsail Island or Wilmington. This space is close to everything you want to do. Or hang out and watch the golfers from the screened in balcony. Looking for something to do outdoors? Relax by the pond out back and watch the geese and egrets, or feed the turtles! There is a walking path nearby that leads to a playground for the kids to enjoy.

Family Honors

Our stay revolved around 2 family honors...a High School.graduation and a military retirement. This condo was the perfect place for us to get away from the hubbub when needed and additionsl sleeping space that was needed. We also enjoyed the quiet walking trail each morning. Highly recommend this listing.

Hampstead-Close to Iron Clad Golf/Shaka Taco

This was a very convenient property. The unit was well kept and well stocked, was very close to all the places we needed to be. We would rent this property again.

Great place to stay

Came to town to visit parents for Christmas. This home was super clean and convenient to get where we needed to be. Host was very welcoming and accommodating when we changed the dates twice. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Enjoyed our time here. The area was quiet and we enjoyed the walking path to the Kiwanis Park. The condo was clean and well furnished. We will be back.

Perfect condo near Surf City

Reserve with confidence! This quiet 2nd floor condo was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We spent a quiet morning laughing at the antics of the birds from the screened in patio. We are already talking about staying there again.

Very nice location and property. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and would love to go back, we did look to rebook but it doesn’t appear they rent it out during the summer…… bummer because it’s perfect. We’ll have to find another property for next June

The name of your Condo is Serenity and we have a Pontoon Boat we named Serenity. We loved the condo the neighbors were great and it was 2 miles from my daughter's house. Thank you for having such a relaxing and beautiful place to stay. Next time we go to N.C. I hope we can stay there again. I have been telling everyone about your condo and how much we loved it. Thank you again.

Peaceful Getaway

I enjoyed 4 days in the unit. I felt very safe and it was peaceful. The owners were responsive to all my inquiries. The furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessities, and there was even a baskets of treats. Parking was close and the development was near a shopping center and gas station and eateries. There was plenty of space, so I will return with friends!

Truly Enjoyed

Everything is as you see it. Very nice. Quiet. Having water bottles in the fridge at arrival was a nice touch as was the welcome basket with popcorn and cookie bars. Although we don't drink wine, there was a wine bottle offered as part of the welcome.

3 sisters and a friend

We wanted to revisit Wrightsville beach, it was a beach of girls would spend a lot of time at as teens with our cousins. We visited topsail south beach, and planned some site seeing on Thursday. We were able to visit our aunt (81) and all our cousins, and spend the evenings with them. We basically would have our coffee and breakfast in the morning then come back to relax and sleep in the evenings. The condo was perfect for this trip, I hope we will be able to do this again sometime. I couldn’t have had a better host thank you Laura for your communication and perfect little condo.
