I'm glad you enjoyed the layout of the house. However, I always personally inspect the house prior to guest arriving and it appeared to be in satisfactory condition., I'm sorry if you thought otherwise. Tammy

Mandy- I'm sorry to hear about your issues. Only wished you would had contacted us so both issues could had been addressed during your stay. I didn't realize the ceiling fan was not working. Also, the water softner in pump may not be working properly. I will have both of these issues checked out. Thank you for letting us know and we hope you will come again. Tammy & Todd

Just so you know, the road is under construction leading to our home, and will be paved. We are super excited about this. This review is not completely true. The house is very clean and we have never had any problems with bugs crawling around. Never had anyone complain about this. Plus, it is treated by a professional exterminator. Toliet paper and paper towels are available upon arrival. It plainly states in the property details to bring your own towels. Because some guest tend to want to take towels home with them .The cover window board placed in the octagon window is primiarly there to keep the morning sun from shining through, it can be easily removed by guest if prefer. Since this was undesirable by this guest, I will be replacing it with a special custom made blind. This is a beautiful, well appointed home, but some guest are simply unpleasant and cannot be satisfied. They requested a refund; of course, they requested it after staying a full week of their departure. It's sad that a guest is permitted to leave such a review.
