Ideally located at the very beginning of the beach boulevard, in the lively Aiguillon district of Arcachon, stay in this very bright, fully equipped and newly renovated apartment. It is located just a 10-minute walk from the beach and a 20-minute walk from Arcachon Train Station. You will appreciate the atmosphere of this neighborhood, both authentic with its fishing huts and port and lively with its numerous shops and restaurants. Our apartment is located in a small, secure residence with underground parking (private parking for one car without a roof rack due to its relatively low ceilings). It is a duplex and is located on the second and top floor of the residence (accessible by elevator or stairs). On the first level, it consists of an entrance hall leading to the air-conditioned main room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and TV lounge, and a separate toilet; this room opens onto a small balcony with garden furniture and an electric griddle. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms (two queen-size beds and two single beds that can be combined to form a king-size bed), including a master bedroom with its own private bathroom, another separate bathroom, and a separate toilet. All bedrooms have walk-in closets, and two are air-conditioned. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The apartment is equipped with electric heating and reversible air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms. End-of-stay cleaning is available (fee-based). Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
