Upscale luxurious villa that sleeps up to 13!
Fantastic updated villa located about 10 minutes south of downtown Moab. You can sit inside or outside and take-in the spectacular views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal Mountains! The unit features 3 bedrooms, a spacious loft, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 car garage. Newly furnished and decorated with free wifi, netflix and disney plus on our brand new 4k led roku TV in every room. The home also has a brand new water softener and an exterior secirity system to give you extra peace of mind. Enjoy using the scooters, ping pong table, cornhole and sports equipment! Access is easy as guests received codes to access the unit and check in/check out is a breeze.

There are two full baths, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs with another 1/2 bathroom downstairs. This unit is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils needed. The kitchen can accommodate up to 13 people with plates and utinsels and seating, plus a high chair
There is salt, pepper, sugar, some spices. Also included is a coffee maker with coffee and filters.

A starter pack of amenities is supplied but not replenished during your stay. When you arrive, the condo will be stocked with dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash can liners, mini trash bags for each trash can, toilet paper rolls in 3 bathrooms, shampoo, conditioner, body soaps, liquid dish soap, and liquid hand soap. Air mattresses and extra blankets / bedding are available on request.

There is a 4 burner bbq grill and an outdoor table and chairs. Also included is a private hot tub on the patio. Fire up the grill and enjoy the views of the Moab Rim and La Sal mountains.

Location was perfect for pur trip to Moab! Close to the hwy into town but not in the middle of the noisy hotels and bars. It had everything we needed for a great vacation. Would definitely use again in the future!

Plenty of room

there were 10 of us in town to do some off-roading and this location provided plenty of room for all of us to sleep, fix meals, and sit outside by the garage in our camping chairs to catch up with each other. We had a great time!

Week in Moab

Our family and friends enjoyed our stay here. It was conveniently located near all of the activities we planned to do. There was parking for our trailers with SxS's. The space was perfect for our group of two couples and two teenagers. The teenagers enjoyed having access to the pool in the evenings after our outings.

Wonderful Townhouse

We enjoyed our stay with 9 adults and one toddler! Great townhouse a short drive from town! Loved having a private hot tub! Communication was wonderful and quick to respond! Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Moab!

Great Stay

The best thing about our stay here was how well stocked it was. I can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t there. We had teenaged grandkids with us and they were thrilled with the hot tub and Wi-Fi. It was a great “home away from home.”

Family Relaxation

We enjoyed the location and overall environment. The pool only had one open so it was very crowded but still a great experience. The quiet neighborhood was a plus with not having to deal with a loud crowd!

Excellent Condo, Clean, Great Views.

The property was clean, beds were comfy, plenty of space for a good size group. The hot tub is a huge bonus and the unit is also really close to the pool and larger hot tub if needed. Megan was great to deal with. Highly recommend this place.

Bachelor party

Pool was very clean and plenty of space. Personal hot tub was a great added bonus! Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. Great location, especially when we rented side by sides from Cliffhanger rentals. We will hopefully go back again soon! Thanks

Moab cliff wedding

This particular unit was a nice home and convenient location. It definitely needs a thorough cleaning! While we realize it’s in the desert, it doesn’t excuse how poorly the home was cleaned and ready for us. Hand towels and washcloths are needed.

Hiking adventure

We stayed here for a week in October. The condo was pretty awesome. We'd hike all day & come back & chill all night. Very clean & easy digital check-in process. Location for us was perfect! The condo sits just south of Moab so you dont have to fight the traffic but fairly close to everything. Communication with management was flawelss & very helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed. We ended up cooking every meal there because the kitchen was so well set up. Condo complex and condo both had hot tubs which came in handy to soak sore muscles after long hikes. Thanks for everything!

Our stay for 4 nights.

The house itself was super nice, however it was not very clean. There was what looked like dog hair on the 1 bed and the futon couches. The batteries in remotes were dead, the battery in the door lock was dead. When we first arrived the hot tub was almost half empty and very gross...but while we was gone one day someone had come over and serviced it which was nice and very much appreciated. There was crumbs in the creases of the futons also, we had to have our 2 kids sleep somewhere else due to those being grose. I felt like it wasn't very well stocked with towels for being able to have lots of people staying there. There was no dish soap left for us, just water put into the soap bottle. In overall the stay was nice just need better housekeeping.

Beautiful condo and area but need a new cleaning service.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfortable and living space perfect. We also enjoyed the additional activity equipment located in the garage and nice hot tub. HOWEVER, when we first walked in it was more than obvious that the floors hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped, the counter tops and tables hadn’t been washed off, bathtubs hadn’t been washed out at all (hair and grime) and the bath towels and hand towels were in the dryer and not in the bathrooms. We tried several times to contact the property hostess and after an hour or so we went to the store a bought cleaning supplies and cleaned as much as we could. The vacuum hadn’t been emptied and filled a whole small garbage bag when we emptied it. After an hour or two of 8 of us cleaning we were able to feel comfortable staying. Eventually we heard back from the hostess and we were reimbursed for our cleaning fee and supplies we purchased to clean.

Complete misrepresentation of house

This house was so bad that I had to go back and re-read the listing to see if I missed something. I didn't, the listing was just a complete lie. The door wouldn't unlock for us so, I called the number in the welcome letter. Megan was very helpful, she opened the garage remotely so we could get in, and then she got to work fixing the front door problem. Then things went down hill. The first thing we noticed is the duct tape on the arm of the couch. That's a bad sign for upkeep if you're covering the entire arm of the couch with duct tape instead of replacing it. The listing says "upscale, luxurious and newly updated villa." None of that is true. The pictures are taken very strategically to make it look bigger, it is a small 2 level townhouse. It is not updated, but it desperately needs to be, and it is no where near upscale. The listing says it sleeps 17 people. Luckily we didn't have that many because there are not as many beds as the listing says. The master has a king, the 2nd bedroom has a queen, the 3rd is a bunk room, the bottom bed is a full, then other 3 are twins. In the loft there are 2 small futons that are so uncomfortable a child couldn't sleep on them and 2 air mattresses. I put the futons end to end and blew up both air mattresses and put them on top for our teenage son so he could fit. So he used all of those beds. If you had 2 shorter people they could each use one futon and a mattress but you're not getting 4 people in those beds. The "game room" is a ping

Nice place - newer complex

Nice place in a newer complex - met expectations. They advertised a large capacity of people. Any group larger than 10 would get really cozy. The check-in process was not perfect. The pre-check in process was more dramatic than needed - there was confusion on the acceptance of the Ts and Cs. For bigger groups you might need to bring extra towels. TY

Simply stunning setting, easy access to beautiful parks, many amenities

We had a fantastic stay at this property. We went with friends to enjoy Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse. A very short drive out of town, we were relieved to retreat to the more peaceful neighborhood of Megan's condo since the town of Moab was crawling with people and we wanted a more relaxing atmosphere. There, we were treated to outstanding views of the La Sal mountains from the living room windows and private hot tub. The ping pong table in the garage kept kids happily playing when they weren't in the hot tub or over at the very close-by tennis court, basketball court, and community pool. These amenities made for some lovely fun for all of us when we weren't hiking or exploring the parks. The condo itself has a large master bedroom with bath on the ground floor as well as a half-bath on the same level. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms, a full bath, and a loft. Beds were comfortable. The loft had futon-style mattresses and does overlook the living room, relevant in terms of planning who will sleep where. There were some air mattresses available as well. Everything was clean, and we were able to both fend for ourselves for some meals (note, there are two groceries in town with very different prices- choose wisely!) as well as enjoy easily-accessed takeout from nearby Moab. We ended up being there during Jeep Week, so neighbors who were renting were a little noisier than others had communicated. However, since Megan had apprised us of the quiet hours, we were able to show the policy to the guests, who quickly quieted down and didn't violate on any subsequent night. During the stay, we had an unexpected snow storm. Megan graciously extended our stay by a night, communicating fairly late in the evening to help secure our safety. She was really responsive to messages. Overall, Megan was a very respectful, responsive host, and the experience we had at her condo made for an amazing and beautiful trip. I highly recommend this condo for basically all types of travelers- families, couples, friends, etc. This trip will be etched in our memories for a long time, and the stay we had played no small role in the wonderful nature of the experience!
