This new luxurious apartment is located in the center of Opatija, only 100 m far from the sea, in a more than a century old but newly renovated villa called Villa Herkules.
The Two-Bedroom-Apartment (105 m2) featuring 2 balconies with views of the city and sea, consists of:
- 2 luxurious bedrooms, one with a king-size-bed and the other with a queen-size-bed, one with a 45'' & other with 40'' LCD satellite TV with SMART TV
- a living room with a pull-out sofa and 55'' LCD satellite TV with SMART TV (Netflix included)
- 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower
- dining area
- a kitchen complete with an oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine with tumble dryer.
