Nice space to feel at home away from home. Open floor plan with most if not all amenities you need to relax. Self-check-in and check-out enabled. I love to give my guests space to explore but am also available if need be.

Stay away—-very filthy
While Luckio was very nice, he had no idea that his little apt was out of health code. Filthy is an understatement..dishes left in sight were gross with old food, the air vent was so filthy it had strings of cobwebs blowing air into the unit, the bathroom smelled like dirty diapers and had mold in the shower. We had no choice but to stay the one night but I couldn’t rest. Thankfully VRBO customer service accepted the pictures I sent them along with the room reservation I was able to make at a hotel for the remaining time. They refunded me and we’re very apologetic, as was the host. I offered him advice on how he can get his place brought up to code, so that he is able to rent it, and I do wish him well. If you book here, make sure you ask him if he has updated this apartment for the health codes and asked for pictures of the bathroom and the fan in the kitchen is a very nice man and I do wish him the best.

Has the essentials!
Great place to stay in town. It’s a very college like neighborhood which has a funky vibe that I liked. The place smelled like a basement for sure but I enjoyed it!

Great location and host
This rental is in a great location, it’s very close to everything in Columbia and walking distance to a dog park/trail system. Luckio was very helpful and a great host.

My girlfriend and I were born and brought up in Kenya, east of Africa. We moved to the USA to pursue the American dream. The land of opportunity has given us the opportunity to do what we love, hosting and sharing culture. We hope to give our guests a memorable stay, for passersby as well as long stays.

The one-bed apartment is fully furnished with a kitchen, entertainment, fast internet among other lucrative amenities. The property lies in a lot that is off I-70 with easy access to the center of Como. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. My girlfriend and I live on the first floor and are a text away if needed. You will have your privacy as well neighborliness as suits your preference.

We have a big private backyard, that guests are welcome to use. We offer a bicycle for neighborhood rides on request and hang hammocks in the summer and fall for guests to enjoy the weather.
