Mixed review
Starting with the positives. The property manager seemed good. The pool was excellent. Clean and warm. Location was also good - not far from what we needed, but out of the noise - unless you count the rooster who crowed day and night not far away LOL!
Negatives. There were not 3.5 baths as advertised - just 3 - which was ok. The coffee maker was broken. The A/C crapped out on us twice leaving us sleeping in quite warm conditions. The furniture was all garbage. One of the chairs on the deck was very unsafe and should have been disposed of ages ago. Lots of rust and bent to the point of no return. The carpets inside had some seriously gross stains on them - especially in one of the queen rooms. My oldest child was pretty disgusted. There were no dishcloths to wash dishes. The fitted sheet would NOT stay on the bed in the king room. Annoying. I also found the pictures deceiving - there were no lovely little body wash/shampoo/conditioner to be found. Just a teeeeeny little cheap bar of soap in each bathroom for our 11 night stay lol. ONE extra garbage bag and 2 dishwasher tabs - one of which was needed for when we left. This was our first rental of this sort, so perhaps it's typical? Just seems like a few added touches would help - it was not a cheap stay.
Overall, our stay was decent. We were out and about a lot and mainly just at the house in the evenings. A bit of work would go a long way in this house - deep clean, some newer furniture and just a few upgrades.
