- A 95 m² living room with TV, a large sofa and a dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180x200), desk area and en-suite shower room
- Bedrooms 2 & 3: each with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 4: a double sofa bed
- Shower room
- Two separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 32 m² private swimming pool, covered and heated from April to October (dates non-contractual and subject to change)
- A beautiful 9,000 m² garden, enclosed and private
