Cozy cottage just one block from Little River waterfront. Dogs ( up to two) are welcome! Casino Cruises, sport fishing and sightseeing cruises, golf courses, restaurants, jet ski rentals. Just four miles from North Myrtle Beach, 2 miles from Calabash, NC and six miles from Sunset Beach, NC. Located one block from Intracoastal Waterway. Boat launch four miles away.
There is one queen bed in bedroom and a twin size roll away bed that can be set up in living room.
INCLUDED fully stocked kitchen also including paper towels, toilet paper, paper plates, napkins, trash bags, laundry detergent, body wash and hand soap. Renters must bring own towels and bed sheets (queen and twin). Two bicycles are there for you to use. Two beach chairs for you to use.

Location, location, location

Our experience was fantastic! Great restaurants within easy walking distance. Calabash restaurants a short drive away with other Little River Restaurants also a close drive. Cottage has good AC units and provides the perfect blend of vintage and new. Great Hosts and perfect for your pet. Highly recommended.

Amazing.

I loved the cottage. It was cute, it was safe, the neighbors were all very nice and my dogs loved it. The host was very kind. I would totally recommend them and his cottage.

Little River

Very nice stay for the month of January. So happy to bring our 2 shih Tzu’s and walk all over the neighborhood. Only bad thing was the snow which we didn’t expect since we left the snow for a month. It was so weird to see the beach covered in snow. Great neighborhood with lots of friendly people. We had everything we needed for our stay.

Shrimp Festival

The property was fantastic!!!!! Very clean and lived how close we were to the Shrimp Festival. Would highly recommend this property!! (We were also there to search for properties as we are relocating.)

Bike week fun

This lovely cottage was perfect for us and our small pup. The fenced front yard was a perk for her. The home had all the amenities needed. I didn’t mind bringing my own linens as it’s reflected in the overall costs. I recommend and would stay here again.

Perfect!!

This little house is perfect. Traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the little fenced in area as well as their walks in the neighborhood every day. The house has everything you need. So impressed with the daily staples provided. Most places you rent don’t supply all that this house has and it was very much appreciated!! Neighbors were so friendly too!! Thank you so much for sharing this little gem!!

A little piece of heaven

We was able to check in early. Which is always a good thing.. Dean was always there anytime we needed anything. He was always pleasant to talk too.. I loved eating at the Patio which is in walking distance.. staying in little River is a short drive to a lot of great restaurants and shops too.. We will be staying here in the future.. This was the best vacation ever.. Thanks Dean and Debbie..

Cozy Cottage Stay

This is our third year staying at Cozy Cottage. I love this cottage for me and my two shelties. So nice to feel like we are at home. This area is so rich in history and plenty to do within the block. The description on VRBO is accurate, but the owner has thought of everything to make it comfortable and clean for guests. So convenient for local restaurants and music on the water, but a convenient short drive to Cherry Grove Beach and N Myrtle. Absolutely love this cottage. Thanks so much Dean and Debbie!! Very cozy and roomy cottage! Location was excellent not far from attractions or the beach! Owners were very nice and let us check in a couple hours early! Would definitely stay there again!!!

Great little cottage

This ia a cute house. The sq ft of the home sounds small but the layout makes it feel big. The home was verry clean. The owners were great. The only problem was I have a samll dog that went nuts with the cars and motorcycles making loud noises. The waterfront thou great for eatting and music attracted people noisy vehicles.

Ideal for family overflow!

My parents came to town to visit a great granchild. The cottage was perfect for 3 adults. Lots of space and very comfortable . Dean was the perfect host! Well stocked kitchen, lots of sitting space and location was wonderful with food options, activities, and centrally located to the NMB area. I’ll definitely book again in the future!

Much needed vacation

The cozy cottage was just perfect for us. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was within walking distance to several restaurants, which we always like. Dean suggested additional places to eat but walking to dinner was best for us. We took walks in the neighborhood each morning before it got too hot and at that time there was not much traffic. We would definitely stay again when going to that area. I need to add that Dean's instructions on how to operate the TV were perfect. Thank you.

I grew up coming to this area from NC in the early 1960's. Although many more residents and visitors are coming here now, the uniqueness of Little River has not changed much. A small village just north of North Myrtle Beach but close to everything on the Grand Strand.
