Indian Palms Country Club. Tuscan style home, newly remodeled. 3 car garage with Tesla Electric Vehicle charger and room for 4 cars total (includes driveway). Dog friendly with private fenced backyard and covered patio table seating, plus private courtyard with chairs and entry gate.

Sleeps 6 (8 only with air mattress or couch)
-3 bedrooms/3 baths total (attached private Casita is 1 bedroom/1bath). Casita offers convenience and privacy with a separate entrance from the courtyard and locked door. The casita is always included in the property rental and is not rented separately.
****Extra queen air mattress can be set up as 4th bed in the master bedroom or living room for more sleeping. Probably best for kids.

Indian Palms Country Club is a gated community across from the Empire Polo Fields. We have a gym, golf, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, several pools, a hotel and restaurant onsite.
2 pools available to rental guests.
****Lifestyle Center**** amenities may not be available to all guests (without prior approval), a maximum of 4 guests allowed on Lifestyle Center guest list per stay

Our property has everything you will need for a comfortable stay.

KITCHEN
-Fully stocked with all dishes, cookware, pots, pans, appliances, barware, refrigerator with ice maker.

BEDROOMS
-Each has mounted flat screen tv and ceiling fans. New mattresses, and new bed linens

BACKYARD
-Full fenced. Grill with propane grill. Covered patio with table and chairs for 6.

COURTYARD
-Private and gated has some seating. Access to front door and casita from courtyard

CAMERAS:
-Camera in the courtyard facing the main house front door and casita door.
-Camera in the back patio facing the back door and back gate.

Totally hassle free, Marti is so organized with property info, the best host ever. Property was sparkling clean, well stocked kitchen, everything we needed for our tennis vacation. We were pre-registered for the lifestyle center which made things so easy and communication was excellent. Thanks for everything Marti!

We are three older women, friends for years looking to enjoy ourselves on an annual trip to the desert. We eat, drink, take in some sights and talk, talk, talk. This home was ideal; providing us with 3 separate bedrooms and 3 baths. We had privacy and comfort along with plenty of space to dine together and watch a good movie. It was clean and included a well-stocked kitchen with the basic necessities for preparing meals, enjoying coffee, wine inside or outdoors. We definitely want to visit again.

Great Stay!

Excellent accommodation in Indio! A short drive to the BNP Paribas tournament. Marti’s house was very well stocked with essentials, dishes, cutlery etc. A pleasant stay, highly recommended.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Marti’s place in Indio. The home is well appointed, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you’ll need for your stay. Marti is a great host and very responsive to any requests and questions.

Amazing Stay

This house was clean, well-stocked, comfortable and beautifully decorated, but even more impressive was our host Marti. Great house with casita in a nice neighborhood.

The house and Casita were great. On the cool days the fireplace was a treat, The Guide the owner is available as an APP or on-line and is very thorough and clear.

A happy Thanksgiving Getaway

Two families, with two well behaved dogs, came together for 5 nights for thanksgiving. Our host was more than accommodating and had ample supplies in the home. Great space for all 7 of us to hang out, play games, cook and golf! I highly recommend you stay here.

Wonderful

This Indio home was great! Communication with Marti was very easy and always prompt. The house was very clean and offered everything we needed including added touches that made us feel welcome. We will definitely stay in this house again when visiting the area.

Stay for coachella

Marti was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole trip and was always avaiable. Good location for Coachella. We ended up parking near the entry gate and walking to the festival grounds most days.

We travel often and enjoy being hosts. Your ease of stay and happiness is important to us. We strive to make everything as convenient and nice as possible. Hoping you have all your questions answered before booking and upon arrival.
We live within 1-2 hours and can get to the house as needed. We have property managers in the local area for immediate needs.

We took the extra care to provide nice clean furnishings, linens and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
