Visit with grandkids

Great space! Comfortable beds and couch. Everything we needed! Pool is great large and deep! Location is perfect close to beach and downtown! Will definitely stay again!

Family vacation

The property was very clean with very friendly neighbors. Any time I contacted the owner she was very quick to respond. Me and my family enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be returning.

Very nice and close to activities

This property is as represented in photos. Lots of room. Good communication via the app by management. Could walk to breakfast places and shopping. Very happy with this property

Absolutely terrible.

My family arrived at this property and immediately encountered the smell of musk and mildew. Upon further inspection we found stained pillow cases, hair in the shower, a load of gross wet towels in the washer which appeared to cause the smell and worst of all dead roaches on the floor. I immediately called VRBO who then brought this property manager in on the call in order to cancel the stay. Katie, the property manager offered to come clean but after traveling with two children under 2 all day and not feeling comfortable having my youngest son crawl on the unsanitary floors we canceled and were told we would be refunded. We have yet to receive any refund from the property manager. She has refused to answer any call, text or message from me through VRBO. I have run out of patience and am leaving this review to warn other families that this property owner lacks integrity and the ability to uphold a sanitary standard for her residence. Despicable and disgusting. Do not stay here.

You did receive a FULL REFUND, Adam.. it might have not been in the timely manner you demanded, but a full refund was given. Your impatience scares me especially for your two young child as you decided not to even wait the half an hour so I could inspect the unit’s condition. I refused to talk to you since all you could do was yell and demand.. again very childish and ALSO this shows impatience and unprofessionalism. Would I even want you staying in my condo at this point, absolutely NOT. I WOULD NOT RENT TO THIS INCOMPETENT CHILD who can’t even pick up a bug off the floor to protect his child. Oh, fyi the bug spray man comes on the 1st so it’s normal to see one dead bug in Florida once in awhile. You and your family didn’t even stay on the property.. you felt it was more important to storm out and displace irrational behavior in front of your children. Again, you RECEIVED A FULL REFUND.

Great place and location!

We stayed for our 10 year wedding anniversary and really enjoyed our stay. The location is so close to the downtown area with restaurants, shopping and the beach! The condo has everything you need to stay comfortably!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. The reason for overall 4 starts instead of 5, is it's an older condo that needs a little more work although I can see how Katie has done a lot of work already. The club house and pool were wonderful too. Thank you Katie
