Home on the bay with the best sunset's. You have your own private dock to fish off, lounge chairs to lay out .there is a kayak to explore the bay area and look for dolphins. Picnic table to sit outside and BBQ. There is a fire pit and new beach chairs, corn hole game ,Hammock to relax so much to do so little time. Close to both pensacola and Navarre Beach. This home offers 3 bedroom's sleeps 6 . 2.5 bath home has been recently updated from the inside out. close the Pensacola and Navarre beach. close to shopping. playgrounds, walking trails. I am an experienced Host .

There are not enough words to describe how awesome of a host Patrick is! We booked last minute after our other rental canceled on us for the hurricane. We were there for our wedding. He greeted us with champagne and a wedding card. In a very stressful situation, how kind! He also left battery operated lights for us. After we left, he found my sister's ring that my grandmother gave her and mailed it back the very next day. As for the rental, the views are absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean and perfect. We had everything we needed and a lot more. We can not wait to go back when the weather is a little more cooperative to get the full experience. Do not hesitate to book! Thanks for everything, Patrick!

Awesome place to stay while visiting Pensacola Beach. It is not in the hustle and bustle of beach side, so if quiet is what you are looking for this is a great place to stay. Nice outdoor area to sit and visit and enjoy the ocean breeze. House had everything you need. Soft beds and linens. Washer and Dryer was a good plus. Host was easy to reach and answered my questions quickly. Definitely a great find.

We had a wonderful family vacation here. Kitchen well stocked with the proper things for making all our meals. Lovely view. We even saw dolphins and a couple sting rays. Will definitely book again.

Great place to stay close to Pensacola Beach away from the traffic and crowds. Took us only 12 minutes to get to Pensacola Beach strip. House was beautiful and clean. Excellent communication with the host. He answered within a couple minutes of any questions I had or recommendations I needed. Would stay there again.

Very good sunsets, nice bay access, good fishing dock, very nice new owner working to make it even better. Close to everything but house is in quiet area. Dont return to many rentals but probably would on this one.

The home was in a lovely location on the bay and stores/restaurants were easily accessible. Pensacola Beach is a short drive over the bridge, as is the City of Pensacola in the opposite direction. The home had everything we needed, although better towels would have been a plus. Keep in mind that the bathrooms are very small. All in all, it met our needs for a quick weekend trip.

we bought the house from my husbands grandparents we have worked on restoring it for years. We love it there (we lived in it for over 3 years) we moved to pensacola about 30 min away.

If you like to relax in a hammock ,fish or swim off the dock , Kayak, sit by a fire. close to several beaches, and you also have your own beach in the backyard. This is also a full size rental you will have the whole house with everything you need.
