Great place to stay

It was a nice property in a quite and relaxing neighborhood. The house was nice and well kept. The property manager was quick to respond to my questions. I would stay there again.

Great visit and experience

Had a great stay at the townhouse. Close to all Of the areas we needed to visit. House was super immaculate and had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend this home and would stay again next time I am in town. Thanks again .

Beautiful house but rock hard beds

Beds were very firm. No give at all. Other than that it was extremely nice place.

Family vacation

Overall enjoyed the house. Left over dirty cleaning supplies left out when we arrived, no access to the outdoor trash can, and the beds were extremely hard. Outside of that we wnjoyed the neighborhood, the pool, the area, ease of access.

Perfect Jacksonville Home

We loved our stay at this home. The location is excellent: close to Hwy, all necessary svcs are mins away. Extremely clean home, quiet neighborhood, feels very safe. The host has literally thought of everything! The attention to detail is great! We were very happy in this home and plan to visit again in a couple of months. I highly recommend this home and I am a very experienced and picky traveller who doesn't make recommendations easily.

Just satisfactory

Tried to ger in touch with owner about trash but never responded. Ended up having 6 bags of trash in kitchen. There are17 steep steps upstairs which can be dangerous for small children and older adults. Planks on patio are not secure and sink when you step on them - can cause tripping.

Newly remodeled - great location

My husband and I stayed at this home for 3 weeks. It is conveniently located off I-95 and is in a great area and easy to navigate. The home has been renovated and is very nice and has top appliances. The host is very responsive and has been great to deal with. We did, however have several issues. The largest was the TV. While the description says it has Direct TV, the service did not work. The host apologized & explained that the HOA had not replaced the dish when the roof was repaired. She said that the Living Room TV had another connection for local channels but we found that it was not hooked up. Upstairs was to have a different connection but that did not work. We had a Roku we could use for upstairs but had to connect our phones to use our home service to the main TV. Another point of caution is if you have multiple vehicles as there is no parking on the street and there is room for one car in the driveway. There are areas down each street for visitor parking – each being a block away and almost always full. One other shock was when we checked in there was two shelves of food (mostly condiments and eggs with a few oranges) in the refrigerator. There was quite a bit of food in the cupboards, two shelves of spices & while the host told us to use what we wanted to (which was very nice), it honestly felt like the family just picked up and left. As a frequent VRBO renter my suggestion to the host is to have a binder or something with instructions for the home.
