Come relax at this home built for fun times! Upon first entering this home, guests will first see come across the game room corner featuring table shuffleboard and the home's private pool table. It sets the tone perfectly for this eclectic home full of space to enjoy each other's company. Cool down inside in the central air conditioning or get some fresh air out on the furnished patio. A two-person, built-in desk can provide a workspace for guests that need to complete remote work or schooling. At mealtimes, guests can enjoy cooking together in the full kitchen, equipped with full-size appliances, a dishwasher to help with cleanup, and a breakfast bar that seats two guests for a casual meal.

The bedrooms of this home are all down one hallway, just to the right as guests come through the front door. Just past the laundry room on the left, the first bedroom features a backyard view and vanity. The full bathroom across the hall (featuring a shower/tub combination) can serve guests at this room. The second bedroom is down the hall to the left, and this sunny room features extra seating and a private entrance to the patio. The full bathroom across the hall from this bedroom features lovely tilework and a stone standalone shower. At the end of the hallway, the third bedroom is just to the right and features a closet with a barn-style door. The main bedroom is at the end of the hall, and features extra seating, a private entrance to the patio, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. Every bedroom features a mounted flatscreen TV.

This could be a nice place. The outside is filthy, looks like it hasn't been blown or pressure washed for years - Front & back porches bad. Sleeps 8 but not nearly enough glasses/silverware/cooking pots & pans. Pots, pans, glasses, etc were filthy when we arrived, had to wash them all. TVs only have a few channels. Walls were stained and needed fixing many places. Spiders covering the master tub area, had to clean first. Bathroom and kitchen desk have permanent stains. They only had 2 beach towels and 2 backup towels for 8 guests. The spare pillows did not have any covers.

Nice location. Had some trouble keying in the code to open the door because it was very long and didn't work at first. We called them and we were finally able to get in. Property was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The only thing I'd say is needed is the following:1. Shorter code #'s to enter.2. Coffee3. Some pots for cooking should be changed because they're a little scratched up.Other than that, it was a great stay. I do recommend the property.

Proximity Good/Neighbirhoid VERY RUNDOWN :(

The property mgr. was spectacular as she immediately handled offensive odor complaint due to OLD musty home odor. Plug in air fresheners really helped! — masked it nicely. The dishwasher has a horrible odor when one opens it - I would advise to replace the unit or lock it so your guests don’t have a need to deal with the smell. The home can accommodate a lot of people - as its fairly large, the backyard can use some cleaning & raking of leaves. As far as the capacity — it is functional! I can’t sincerely rent this place again as it was not suitable due to age of home, esthetics are a real hodgepodge and the bed was too firm for our backs. As I write this my back is screaming from the stiff mattress— highly recommend replacing the mattresses with what most use in rentals so your guests don’t feel back pain. Live & learn! AGAIN, the property manager was top notch - the above feedback was not something she said she could mitigate during our stay

Great proximity to St Augustine. Very quiet. Pleasant outdoor sitting area and BBQ set up.

Comfortable. Good spot for four friends to meet and go golfing. Grilled in a few nights which worked out great!

Quiet and comfortable

Stayed with husband, 2 adult kids, and dog. Property was as described, although landscaping could use a trim. We had to duck down under a palm branch when following our dog to fenced backyard. Patio furniture needed a cleaning. Quiet street, very convenient location for a St. Augustine vacation. Vilano beach is a short drive, and I recommend watching the sunrise and sunset there. Coffee, restaurants, and grocery are very close. We enjoyed walking our dog in the neighborhood and the nearby Fort Mose State Park. Whether you like cats or not, be aware there were 2 cats across the street and others nearby, maybe it was them that repeatedly got into the trash cans and tore up the trash bags. Also be aware of tiny ants in kitchen. They appeared on my dog’s food dish and in a box of donuts we left on counter. We then made sure to put everything in fridge. The home was spacious, but additional living room furniture such as another couch/loveseat is suggested. All beds were comfortable. Appliances, a/c, door code, internet worked as expected.

Large House, cheap makeover.

House had many rooms for guests. House was renovated poorly. All the bedroom doors were closet doors. The electric was poor. Switches all over the place, except in the rooms. No blinds on windows or sliding doors. Sliding doors would not open. 2 full trash cans in front of house. Train whistle 2-4 times a night. Stray cats fighting. No dining room or Table for family to eat.

Nice stay

Was comfortable besides the outside entryway light being out and one clogged toilet. Both of which the management company offered to cone in snd fix while we were there. We declined. All in all we'd stay here again

Absolutely Wonderful

We loved everything! The house was just as described and perfect for our family. We enjoyed playing pool and shuffle board together and the house was awesome. I loved sitting outside with morning coffee enjoying the lizards and beautiful terrain. The original art in the home was greatly appreciated too! Town and beaches were close and very accessible. We also enjoyed walking to the produce stand down the street. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

Great location pet friendly home

I want to begin by saying all in all we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely consider booking again. When we first arrived the checkin was easy, no problems getting in at all. The problem we encountered was with the cleanliness and attention to detail between guests during the turnaround. Not the fault of the owners or the house… things were just overlooked, but once we contacted the numbers provided everything was quickly resolved early the next morning. However, the beds and bathrooms were all very clean and rooms smelled great. The response time from the property manager was excellent and how they went above and beyond to emend the mistakes and make things better for us completely changes our perspective from when we first checked in. The house is pet friendly, neighbors are quiet and all in all in a decent location given how close it is to the historic district. It’s very dark at nights so bring good flashlights to walk your fur babies… lots of wildlife nearby. We would definitely recommend staying here. Kitchen was fully loaded with everything you need to cook. I’d recommend to the property managers to maybe add more wine glasses, there was only 1 and 3 champagne glasses so we made way with what we had…

Amazing stay at st Augustine

We loved our stay at St. Augustine. This home was spacious and well taken care of. The only thing I had a problem were the shades/ covers the windows had. Forget about sleeping in. When the sun comes up there is barely any cover to block the sun. Other than this, the home was located in a great place and near everything.

Holiday travel

Great property and plenty of space (and bathrooms) for 5 adults. Well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Favorite thing was the pool table! Very close to historic downtown to visit but away from busy traffic. Would stay again if in St Augustine.

St. Augustine at Christmas

We all were very happy with the room arrangements giving the 4 of us plenty of space for everything we brought with us plus what we collected while there. The kitchen was well stocked for the cooking we did. The outside was very accommodating for walking our little dog. The one rainy day found us enjoying the pool table and other activities that were available. Would recommend for a comfortable, convenient place to stay.

Wonderful Christmas 2023

One of the best Christmas to keep in our memories for ever. We rented this property to spend Christmas with our 3 children, our two girls came with husbands and our son with his french dog. we were very pleased to see the house decorate with a beautiful Christmas tree. The house was very nice, spacious, we love the tile floors, bedrooms very nice, specially de master bedroom, comfortable beds, kitchen with everything we need. Nice back yard for the dog. We really enjoyed the property and St Agustin was even more beautiful all lighted up this year. The only thing I will say the house needs to be perfect is one dining table 8 sitting with comfortable chairs

Amazing House

This house was so spacious, it was in a peaceful neighborhood and walking distance to many things. Close to downtown area and more then we could ask for. Absolutely loved it!!

Great space for family fun

The location and overall space of this home in St. Augustine were great for my family of 4 (wife, 11 yr old son, mother, and father-in-law), including our small dog Otis. ;) We stayed for 2 weeks and only had a few rainy days. Even during that time, the pool table, large-sized living area, and good-sized TV with all the streaming options you would want gave us plenty to do, comfortably. Nearby amenities (downtown, grocery, coffee shops, local eateries, attractions) were all within about a 5min. drive. You will also have quick access to the beach (Vilano) if you don't want to necessarily go over the Bridge of Lions (which would take you all of 10min.). We did have the internet go out one time (assuming due to a storm) and the homeowner worked with us tirelessly to get it resolved (very thankful for the effort, so this wasn't a negative, just wanted to share how impressed we were with her communication). The majority of the house was clean...beds comfy and no real complaints. We did see a few "crazy ants" in the master bath (the little tiny black ones that don't really get into anything.) Since we did have a larger group, having better and more pots/pans would've been a nice bonus. The grill (which we used a lot) was functional, not huge or the newest, but still got the job done just fine. The neighborhood is turning over and has some really nice houses/condos along the narrow street sides. It was quiet and everyone we ran into was very nice.
