Duplex, each room has its own AC no need to fight over the thermostat. Reserved and off-street parking is available. 3 minutes walk from the local favorite Michael Thomas Coffee roastery for fresh java beans in the morning. 5 mins from Kirtland AFB, 7 mins from the ABQ airport, 8 mins from the VA hospital, 5 mins from Nob Hill where all the local favorite restaurants and breweries are located. 8 mins from Presbyterian hospital, 10 mins from UNM, and 9 mins to UNMH. Close to 2 great and well-maintained neighborhood parks for a quick stroll to fresh your mind and body.
