BOATING INFORMATION

Boat trailer parking is available near the landing during daytime hours, with overnight overflow parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.

For added convenience, guests may also store their boat overnight at my private RV site located just 10 minutes away if planning daily lake use.

Boat slips within Keowee Key are available first-come, first-served through the marinas. Guests may also reserve pontoon boats, kayaks, paddleboards, and other watercraft up to 30 days in advance through the North Marina.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Maximum 2 Vehicles
Third vehicle may be possible with approval ($35 fee)

• Electric vehicle charging is prohibited within the community for renters. Charging is available nearby through Duke Energy.

• Front door monitored by Ring Camera

• Road-licensed golf carts, bikes, and e-bikes are permitted on community roads. Other rolling sports equipment is prohibited.

• Kayaks may be stored on my kayak rack slip by the lake. Information will be provided after booking. Please bring a lock.

What an amazing condo on Lake Keowee! It literally has everything you will need to enjoy yourself, not to mention very spacious, comfortable furniture, beds and some great eclectic decor! Easy walk to the Marina, beach area with chairs and the neighborhood is gorgeous with walking paths. Lisa is a fantastic host and was so helpful prior to checking in. We had a great time and did not want to leave.

Property was a great fit for our family of 6 (2 young boys on the pull-out sofa). Great location. Every kitchen item we needed was available and easy to find. Was nice to have the entire refrigerator for our use! Lisa was readily available and so accommodating! Too bad it rained all weekend and we were not able to go boating on the lake, but played lots of games around the big dining table and made a trip to the nearby Clemson University.

Hot tub bath tub was a hit! Place was great. Everything worked perfectly and the beds were comfortable. Lisa was an amazing host, making sure we were apprised of all the fun things to do during our 2-night stay. The neighborhood is delightful. Lots of walking trails and hills! We highly recommend!

What a great place to view the lake and experience the autumn colors. The condo feels like you live here. Beautifully decorated with a spacious and comfortable floorplan. We loved the evening walks by the shore watching the leaves fall. My wife truly enjoyed her birthday getaway and we'll be back at this beautiful property.

Definitely a five star place! Great location, clean, stylish, comfortable quiet master bed, attentive host, so many extra amenities provided beyond anywhere we have stayed before. Lots of activities, dining options and walking trails provided in the community. Only about 20 min easy drive to Seneca or Clemson for some shopping etc. . This place made our vacation extra pleasant. Would definitely consider booking again!

The condo is the cleanest and best stocked I have ever seen. Lisa is an excellent host. Lake Keowee is lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The nicest VRBO we've ever stayed at. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and even amazingly stocked with supplies that saved on grocery shopping. And the complex is stellar too. Deserves 10 stars!

Peaceful and Luxurious

My husband and I are avid travelers across the globe. We love nature, laughing, any type of waterway, rafting, historical cities, bonfires and our love for animals runs deep within. We are a bit of adrenaline junkies but have slowed down since we are getting older. LOL We plan to retire on Lake Keowee in SC. Until then, we rent out our condo in SC so others can enjoy this magical place. We also rent out our RV and plan to rent our Wisconsin home in the Kettle Moraine where the glaciers carved out a spring fed lake, outside of Milwaukee.
