★★★★★ “The basement is a hit with kids while adults relax on the scenic deck.”

Welcome to Vista Verde, a professionally cleaned, family-friendly and pet-friendly, three-story home designed for large families and multi-generation stays in the gated Keowee Key Resort. With three bedrooms, three baths, and living space on each level, everyone has room to spread out—kids, teens, and adults alike. A Pack ’n Play is available for families traveling with little ones.

Parking is directly in front of the unit (2 spaces), making arrivals, unloading, and grocery runs easy with kids in tow. Additional free parking is nearby at The Club.

Mornings begin on the wooded deck with coffee while kids enjoy games downstairs. The fully equipped kitchen makes family meals simple, and the layout keeps everyone connected without feeling crowded.

Families enjoy access to shared Keowee Key resort amenities with passes included with stay. Many are free and youth-friendly (indoor heated pool, outdoor pools, pickleball, tennis), while optional activities like golf and boat or kayak rentals are available for an additional fee or reservation.

Evenings are made for stargazing, movie nights, board games, and winding down after full days of adventure. Smart TVs are available throughout the home.

Family-friendly and pet-friendly for those traveling with dogs (yard is not fenced; dogs must be leashed outdoors). A nearby dog park makes walks and playtime easy.

Please note: the home backs to a wooded area. As with most mountain homes, occasional insects or wildlife may be encountered.

Vista Verde is ideal for families seeking space, privacy, and resort amenities—not a party home.

Mold on window shade in master shower. Master shower is a retro-fitted seat combo with a door leaving you approximately 1.5 sq ft to stand and shower in. The water sprays everywhere and outside the shower. It is a mess and not suitable for an average sized adult. This shower is not featured in the photos and is the only one on the main floor. Hot water is hard to come by; consider turning it on 10 minutes before your shower at least. Critters are at home here, including lizards. The structural integrity of the back porch is a concern. The entire main floor is tilted towards the rear of the home, including the rear porch.
