This lovely apartment in Saint-Malo is ideal for a couple's getaway, whether for a seaside escape or a business trip.
Located on the ground floor in the heart of Paramé, it boasts a convenient location with all shops nearby and the Sillon beach just 800 meters away.
The master bedroom features a double bed (140x190 cm), providing a dedicated space to relax after your days of exploring. The simple and functional layout allows you to fully enjoy the apartment.
Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
You'll have access to a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher, allowing you to prepare your meals independently.
The bathroom is at your disposal for your comfort. A washing machine is also available, a real bonus for longer stays. A filter coffee machine is provided to help you start your day off right.

Just a few minutes away, the Sillon beach invites you for lovely walks, while the walled city of Saint-Malo (Intra-Muros) immerses you in the history of the city. The location is also ideal for exploring Cancale, Dinard, and Mont Saint-Michel.
## Transports
From the SNCF train station: 10 minutes by car or approximately 15 to 20 minutes by bus.
By Bus (MAT Network): This is the most direct option.
Take line 1 or line 2 at the Gares stop.
Get off at the "Mairie Saint-Servan" or "Solidor" stop. Rue de Lucet is a short walk from these stops, in the historic Saint-Servan district.
By Taxi or Private Hire Vehicle (PHV): Taxis are available in front of the train station.
